Le Dr Kalmar n'a montré aucune empathie sur ma grossesse et n'a pas émis le moindre conseil/recommandation. Le prix de la consultation de 120€ indiqué par la secrétaire au téléphone et juste avant le rendez-vous est passé à 130€ après sans explication. Enfin, je réclame récemment par mail une facture acquittée pour mon assurance (qui n'a pas accepté la première et dont la date était incorrecte) afin d'être remboursée. Réponse exécrable et mensongère de Mme Kalmar soit disant ils auraient traité 5fois ma facture (totalement faux), Que la date n'a pas d'importance pour l'assurance et menaçant de me facturer 30€ si je réclame à nouveau la facture ! C'est juste HONTEUX. On ne traite pas les gens de cette manière la... J'ai trouvé quelqu'un d'autre à Vienne depuis pour ma grossesse, et j'en suis ravi. I sincerely advise against this gynecologist. My experience has been very bad. Dr Kalmar did not show any empathy for my pregnancy and did not offer any advice / recommendation. The price of the consultation of 120 € indicated by the secretary on the phone and just before the appointment rose to 130 € after without explanation. Finally, I recently requested by email an invoice paid for my insurance (which did not accept the first and whose date was incorrect) in order to be reimbursed. Hateful and deceptive response from Ms. Kalmar, saying they would have processed my invoice 5 times (totally false), That the date does not matter for insurance and threatening to charge me 30 € if I claim the invoice again! It's just SHAME. You don't treat people that way the ... I have since found someone else in Vienna for my pregnancy, and I am delighted.
