★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After two weeks of unresponsiveness and not getting clarity of when my item will be shipped I got nervous and cancelled transaction via credit card. They eventually refunded but not before threatening to publish my name online so my reputation is tarnished! I have worked with top auction houses and I can't imagine any of them behaving in such a mafia-like nasty way. I recommend to stay away from them. Screenshot of email below.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not professional at all and actually has a very bad reputation amongst the other galleries in Vienna. They are rude and try to over charge and are not transparent. We had to cancel the sale. Not to even mention they had to change name after KPMG revealed their fraudulent bidding maneuvers (ex Auctionata)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is not to be trusted, they start with low bids and compare their lots to very high value results of "similar" items from respected auction houses. Any person who has very high value item with good provenance GOES TO A RESPECTED AUCTION HOUSE. So they seem to mix good provenance items with some doubtful provenance or sketchy provenance items. On top of that the staff are INCREDIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. Stay away!
