Sie nimmt sich immer Zeit für mich - und erklärt mir alles was ich wissen will und Sachen über denen ich keine Ahnung habe. Bessere Ärztin könnte ich mir nicht wünschen! Ich wohne nicht in der Nähe der Ordination aber der Weg den ich machen muss ist es mir wert. Empfangsdame ist auch sehr nett und zuvorkommend. If I could give more stars, I would do it right away. I am so happy that I have Dr. Found brighter. She always takes time for me - and explains everything I want to know and things I have no idea about. I couldn't ask for a better doctor! I don't live near the ordination but the way I have to do it is worth it. Receptionist is also very nice and accommodating.

Besonders ihre einfühlsame Art macht es einfach, auch unangenehme Themen anzusprechen. Meistens wird der Termin auf die Minute genau eingehalten. Die Atmosphäre in der Ordination ist angenehm, es gibt Getränke und öfters auch eine Kleinigkeit zum Naschen. Behandlung und Beratung dauern immer so lange, bis alles besprochen ist, es gibt keinen Zeitdruck und sie nimmt sich auch Zeit, ein paar persönliche Worte auszutauschen. Sie ist über alle aktuellen Entwicklungen und Behandlungen informiert. Danke und weiter so :) Dr. Mitterer has been my doctor for about a decade and I was very satisfied with her in every situation in life, including when she was accompanying my pregnancy. Her empathetic nature in particular makes it easy to address even unpleasant topics. Usually the appointment is kept to the minute. The atmosphere in the ordination is pleasant, there are drinks and often a little something to snack on. Treatment and counseling always last until everything has been discussed, there is no time pressure and she also takes time to exchange a few personal words. She is informed about all current developments and treatments. Thanks and keep it up :)

Das Zeitmanagement betreffend Terminvergabe ist auch super. Musste nie länger als 10 Minuten (max) warten. Auch ihre Ordinationsassistentin ist sehr höflich und aufmerksam. Vielen Dank für die tolle Betreuung und die Begleitung durch die Schwangerschaft. Doctor Mitterer is a very competent, conscientious, empathetic and helpful doctor who always takes enough time for her patients and is on hand with help and advice. The time management regarding appointments is also great. Never had to wait longer than 10 minutes (max). Her ordination assistant is also very polite and attentive. Thank you for the great care and support during pregnancy.

Dr. Mitterer is a very hard-working, nice and technically competent doctor. You feel that you are being taken seriously and that you are in really good hands. She is thorough, gentle in examining, and devoting a lot of time to each patient. I always get an appointment quickly and felt very well looked after in both pregnancies.
