Плюс можно не только с собой взять, но и перекусить в заведении. Мне понравилось, что заварили нормальный чай в отдельном заварной чайнике, а не делали "напиток" из пакетика... When we got to the counter, we were told we had to go to a different counter for dinein orders. Then we had to wait on the same server that told us we couldn't order at the table to come take our order at the counter. When I explained that it was unnecessarily complicated process her argument was "that's the way it is". It shocks me how non customer centric the mindset of most Austrians are, particularly in the 22nd and 21st districts where there are less foreigners (who generally have a better understanding of good customer service). As an Austrian myself who has returned from several year abraod I'm noticing how Austrians don't understand the concept of making the cutomer experience paramount to ensure repeated visits.

So you can have breakfast anytime you like. Great service, very friendly staff, they make everything in-house. Their own lemonades and teas are really good,.as well as their coffee's. And during summer they have ice cream as well. It's a place for everything and everyone!
