Top Aussicht, sehr zentral mit wunderbarem Blick und doch sehr ruhig. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter und exzellentes Essen. Die Preise sind nicht niedrig aber angemessen. Wir kommen in jedem Fall gerne wieder

Essen war gut aber in dem Verhältnis zum Preis eher nicht befriedigend. Mitarbeiter alle Top. Lage ist hervorragend, draußen sitzen sehr zu empfehlen. Drinnen gefällt es mir nicht so gut.

Nice bar with nice view but don't go to the restaurant unless the loud music of the bar doesn't bother you while eating.

I had to wait extremely long because a worker told me that they would bring the dress that I wanted to the reception, but when I got there after waiting in line for 17 minutes, they said that they didn't even have the dress even though the their staff member said that they'd have it there in the size I was asking for.

I was not happy with this restaurant. I got the bad table, very far from terrace / balcony, so that I can enjoy in the view of Vienna. The restaurant is at 6th floor, so I hoped for something. Instead of nice view, I was placed maybe 5 metres from their kitchen, which is opened and the abnormal heat arrives in parts where guests eat. The wine was too expensive and they don't give 1 decliter of wine. The glass level of wine was much more under. But they tried to convince me that I buy more glasses. 10 Euro's for 0,7 deciliter. I don't think so. They serve a lot of bread and butter, cheaper solution, so that customers don't complain about their small portions of more expensive meals. They sell bottled water which you can buy at Drogerie Markt. Drogerie Markt is at least fair and they don't enlarge the price for 0,5 litter of water. Spicy Japanese meals ask water and they don't even bring ordinary kitchen water. The usual tricks when I observed my plate: cheaper ingredients, like corn, beans, green salad, carrots, tomatoes were much more present at my plate. They were not cooked enough. Some plants were crunchy, just like in every other supermarket. But sea fruits, more expensive fish parts, you get in small portions. There are too many waiters and they don't communicate with each other about the customers needs. When one arrives at our desk, he doesn't transfer our desire to others, so that waiter forgets our order. And you get more and more unwanted bread. The bread is an ordinary bread from any bakery store, it reminds on French baguette, they slice it in 7,8 pieces and place in microwave to get some heat, so that we think that they actually bake the bread. The table was too small, so when I take my meals, small candle in glass burns my hand, if I touch the candle glass, so I placed the candle in the corner. Overall, customers just pay for the infrastructure, architecture, view which you never see. If you want Japanese cuisine, visit authentic Japanese restaurants, they give much more of fish, sea fruits. Around 200 EURO's for two persons with several sea fruits, fish, a lot of bread, cheaper vegetables in large quantity, it's not special at all.
