P	Philipp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine tolle DM Filiale. Die Verkäuferinnen sind extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit! Die Fläche ist groß, dementsprechend auch das Angebot. A great DM branch. The shop assistants are extremely friendly and helpful! The area is large, and so is the offer.

Meidet die Friseurin Katrin in dieser DM Filiale. 3 unabhängige Fälle von Spitzen schneiden: Alle 3 (meine Frau und 2 Bekannte) haben EXPLIZIT nur um minimales Spitzen schneiden mit max. 3 cm gebeten. 3x wurde die Bitte konsequent ignoriert und 10cm (!!!) wären weg. Girls, be careful! Avoids the hairdresser Katrin in this DM branch. 3 independent cases of cutting tips: All 3 (my wife and 2 friends) have EXPLICIT only to cut minimal tips with max. 3 cm asked. 3x the request was consistently ignored and 10cm (!!!) would be gone.

Absolut NULL Stile Beratung, obwohl explizit danach verlangt beim Termin buchen. Musste ihr alles aus der Nase ziehen. Wollte Haare kurz- sie schneidet nur spitzen, wollte Haare sehr hell- waren dünkler als vorher.... Beim zahlen fragt sie nach der dm Karte, habe sie ihr gegeben und ihr gesagt: aber bitte einen Moment ich habe noch einen Gutschein für die Frisör Behandlung,.... als ich es dann gefunden hatte sagte sie: OJE das müssen sie vorher sagen, 100€ bitte !!!!! Selten mein Geld so aus den Fenster geschmissen ..... Forced smile, quick to get over ... And that from the employee with the longest experience ..... Absolutely NULL styles advice, although explicitly required after book appointment. You had to pull everything out of your nose. Wanted hair short - she just cuts sharp, wanted hair very light - were darker than before .... When paying, she asks for the dm card, gave it to her and told her: but please wait a minute I have a voucher for the hairdresser treatment, .... when I found it she said: OJE you have to tell me before , 100 € please !!!!! Rarely my money thrown out of the window .....

M	Mathilda May on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heute gegen 12:30 Uhr herum, betrat ich das Geschäft als mir eine Mitarbeiterin auffiel, die ganz offensichtlich mich zu beobachten schien. Als ich weiter durch das Geschäft ging verfolgte sie mich regelrecht und starrte auf mich, als hätte ich etwas verbrochen - was ich definitiv nicht habe. Bin dann rausgegangen ohne etwas zu kaufen - werde zu Bipa gehen. Hiermit möchte ich der Filialleitung mitteilen, das dies ein absolutes No-Go ist und bitte darum Ihre Mitarbeiter auf Höflichkeit zu Schulen und evtl. Konsequenzen zu ziehen. Ich werde ganz bestimmt nicht mehr in diese Filiale gehen - Eine Frechheit! Around 12:30 p.m. today, I entered the shop when I noticed an employee who obviously seemed to be watching me. As I walked through the store, she literally chased me and stared at me like I had broken something - which I definitely don't have. Then went out without buying anything - will go to Bipa. I would like to inform the branch management that this is an absolute no-go and ask your employees to be polite to schools and to draw any consequences. I will definitely not go to this branch again - a cheek!

Was running errands this morning. Very clean store and nice staff. At the checkout you will be greeted by a motivated employee.
