Hab ne Farbe nach ner ausführlichen Beratung gekauft... weißblond wollt ich haben, ashblond hat die Verkäuferin mir empfohlen und GELB bin ich geworden!!!!
Also so was inkompetentes hab ich noch nie erlebt!!!
Jetzt musste ich wie ein kakadoo rumlaufen nur damit ich erst recht zum Friseur gehen muss!!!
Nie wieder geh ich zu euch!!!
