★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe meine Uhr (zum Wechseln der Batterie) zum Le Clou-Shop, Standort SCS gebracht.
Als ich sie abholte, war auf der Rückseite ein langer Kratzer zu sehen. Ich habe die Verkäuferin darauf angesprochen. (Ich empfinde es als unangebracht, dass sie es nicht von selbst angesprochen hat.) Auf meine Bemerkung meinte sie, es sei beim Batteriewechsel fast nicht zu verhindern. (Das wäre mir neu.)
Eine Entschuldigung oder einsichtige Worte sprach sie nicht aus. Hinsichtlich der Rechnung kam sie mir ebenso nicht entgegen.
Leider ein wenig zufriedenstellendes Service.
 I brought my watch (to change the battery) to the Le Clou shop, SCS site.
When I picked her up, there was a long scratch on the back. I have addressed the seller on it. (I find it inappropriate that she did not mention it by herself.) On my remark, she said it was almost impossible to prevent battery changes. (That would be new to me.)
An apology or insightful words she did not pronounce. As far as the bill was concerned, it did not suit me either.
Unfortunately a little satisfactory service.
