Und sie hat Unmögliches möglich gemacht und Träume erfüllt. Unglaublich engagiert! Took part in a trip to Dubai organized via BTU. We were accompanied by a BTU employee. Für diesen Ausnahmezustand wird niemand verantwortlich gemacht. Fazit die Reise konnte dadurch nicht stattfinden. Die Rückerstattung hat jedoch dann anders ausgeschaut. DIe Bemühungen des Reisebüros bezüglich Rückerstattung waren so gut wie nicht vorhanden. Mitarbeiter bzw. Geschäftsführer nicht erreichbar entweder in Kurzarbeit oder selbst im Urlaub und natürlich keine Vertretung, last but not least auch kein Rückruf. Fazit: Gründe warum man bei einem Reisebüro buchen sollte und nicht über einen online Anbieter sprich Haftung im Fall dass eine Reise nicht statt finden kann, vergiss es. Uns hat erst der Weg zum Rechtsanwalt weiter geholfen. Nie wieder, und absolut nie wieder dieses Reisebüro! Solltest du doch mit diesem Reisebüro einen Vertrag eingehen, ein guter Tipp, schließ vorher eine gute Rechtschutzversicherung ab! Ich buche und plane unsere Reisen nur mehr selbst und nehme im Zweifelsfall die Mehrkosten einer zusätzlichen Versicherung auf mich. Schöne Reisen in die weite Welt weiterhin! At the beginning of last year we booked a larger trip with Die Reiserei. Then came Corona. Nobody is held responsible for this state of emergency. Conclusion the trip could not take place. The reimbursement then looked different. The travel agent's efforts to get a refund were next to nonexistent. Employees or managing directors cannot be reached either on short-time work or even on vacation and of course no representation, last but not least, no callback. Conclusion: Reasons why you should book with a travel agency and not through an online provider, i.e. liability in the event that a trip cannot take place, forget it. Only the path to becoming a lawyer helped us further. Never again, and absolutely never again this travel agency! If you should enter into a contract with this travel agency, a good tip, take out good legal protection insurance beforehand! I only book and plan our trips myself and, in case of doubt, take on the additional costs of additional insurance. Beautiful journeys into the wide world continue!
