★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eating at Bistro de Marquez was like walking into a close friend's home and catching up over delicious, home cooked food.
The food tasted fresh, and amazing (vegetarian friendly).The portions sizes were just right for a quick bite, and the prices are every hungry traveller's dream.
The bistro has a relaxed vibe with music and self service. The owners are really sweet and homely.
Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cute hidden place to satisfy your hunger for Latin-American soulfood. We started with an empanada and then had filled corn tortillas (pulled chicken and beef). All the food is homemade and super tasty.
Note that you can only pay with cash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easily my best meal in the last 10 days traveling through Europe (I realize the absurdity). Also, perhaps the best arepa I've ever had I had the Special 1 Arepa and the sauces were so rich and deep; the meat was cooked perfectly. Was the garlic roasted? The owner makes the masa and all sauces from scratch. Additionally, the energy was great; it's a small place and everyone who passed through struck up a conversation with the owner. I miss it already.

The Plato Del Dia, with medium spicy is soooo yummy! I also shared with my friend with Pulled Beef Especial, the corn bread matches the flavour of beef, love the texture and taste?
The Chief recommended jam tart and small cheese bread as dessert. It is the best cheese bread I’ve ever had!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious & surprising flavours doing their magic to your taste buds! We ordered vegetarian options: Cashew & Tofu. Both were excellent. We ordered the level 'Spicy' and it was a good amount of spicy( for those who really cannot do without?) The owners are a delight. Chef is very kind and superb, when it was late she made fresh Arepas that we could enjoy. Thanks, we would definitely go back! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place, here you can have a very tasty meal in a friendly atmosphere. Bistro run by very nice owners, they shared some interesting stories with us. I send them very warm greetings! The food is freshly done (one can watch it) and everything was very, very good. Surprising flavors, dishes full of aromas, large portions. Plus a good dessert and excellent coffee. A place to visit while in Salzburg!!!
