★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like Sound of Music. Do I love it? No. I've seen it a couple of times throughout my life, and I recognize most of the songs. I don't like big bus tours, and generally avoid them at almost all costs. All of that being said.....I loved this tour, and I honestly cannot say enough good things about it. Natasha was great! She's from Salzburg and was able to explain the history of Salzburg, the history of the movie, and how certain scenes were filmed. It was super cool! It also helps that Austria is a stunning backdrop to the entire tour. I would highly recommend this tour if you want to get out of the city and see some stunning countryside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great tour with singalongs, especially great for the kids also if they know the songs/movie. Better at the start of a visit to Salzburg as we'd seen some of the places in Salzburg city already a day or two prior. But overall a great tour experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved this tour and the views are spectacular!Our wonder guide Ida and great driver Fredric showed us a great time in Salzburg incorporating Sound of Music locations very seamlessly. When we got on the bus we sat to the right. I personally thought that was the best side to get pictures while driving.
Also bring Euros if you’d like to buy drinks on the bus, including €2 beer. I tried their yodel juice, it’s a refreshing ginger soda.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best moments of my trip in Salzburg is to learn the behind the scenes of the film Sound of Music, and sing with the international visitors! The tour guide Antonio is helpful and know well about the film. There are also many big fans on the bus! It may be a day-to-day life of the staff, but has become a very remarkable journey for us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sights were amazing so that gets five stars. The tour agency “Bobs tours” in Salzburg is NOT the tour you should take to see these wonderful attractions. Rosa Marie has some attitude about her and really sucks the fun out of vacation. No bedside manner and is fast to say something passively aggressive under her breathe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic tour at a great price. You see in city sights and get driven through the majestic mountain landscape to the wedding cathedral in the movie where you have a bit of time to explore. Michelle was an amazing and fun guide.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just love the Sound of Music tour! We had an awesome guide! She was knowledgeable and fun with a good singing voice!!! It was wonderful to visit various famous locations where the movie was filmed. In addition, we also got to visit Wolfgang Lake and the famous church in Mondsee.
