The first time I realised it in the shop, the second time at home. When I called in to report it I was told it is my fault because I did not check. Not recommended at all.

Ridiculously inconvenient and slow system, the guy was running to 3 different computers all over the shop to sent one file to print. And the worst, no airconditioning. I mean, I didnt have 5-star expectations, but that was a terrible experience for sure!
W	Wallace Alabama on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'd already read the countless bad reviews so wasn't expecting Repa.neo to be great but I didn't expect it to be as bad as it was and we urgently needed to print something. We entered the shop and were completely ignored at the counter for over ten minutes. When the man working there eventually came over, he was hostile and frosty (even though my boyfriend speaks fluent German) and didn't apologise for the wait. We were shocked to be charged 10 euros to print one A4 sheet of paper in black and white. We questioned whether there was a cheaper way but were bluntly told no and not given any explanation of why it was so much. We were then given a token but no guidance or instructions whatsoever. We were able to work out how to log on to the computer (though this will be hard if you don't speak German) but printing was impossible even though I consider myself to be pretty good with computers. The man had disappeared again and, when he eventually reappeared, he seemed very annoyed that we were asking for help. He huffed and seemed angry when printing the document then he disappeared again leaving us to work out how to use the printer. I've never had such bad customer service in my life nor felt so ripped off! I will never return and strongly recommend that you go elsewhere.
D	Dániel Emőd Kovács on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expensive as hell and they will do their best to rip you off. Two of us printed 1 side of A4 each and we both had to pay €3.46 when we could have gotten the second one a lot cheaper had they not given us both these membership chip keychain things.

Just to add, the staff is great. The woman who served me was very friendly and I was actually helped quite quickly.
