Get an appointment quickly, x-rays and ultrasound were done in half an hour and findings can be called up immediately. Also very nice employees.
S	Sigi K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte einen Termin um 12:30 und war un 12:23 dort... vor mir ca. 5 Leute in der Warteschlange zur Anmeldung, irgend ein Problem.. die Zeit vergeht - 12:34 war ich dann dran. Da sagte mir die Dame ich sei zu spät (hinter mir ebenso noch Personen), auf meinen Einwand das sie ja gesehen hat das ich jetzt gute 10 Minuten gewartet habe meinte Sie nur ich sei trotzdem zu spät und müsse nun warten. Tja, eine Stunde später durfte ich dann dran kommen. Die Ordinationshilfe beim Ultraschall meinte nur "sie haben jetzt eine Stunde warten müssen??" und hat ungläubig den Kopf geschüttelt - sie verstand das auch nicht... Laut Befund hätte ich eine Entzündung, der Facharzt meinte nur wieso ich bei ihm bin, es ist alles in Ordnung, nichts entzünded und fragte mich ob der Arzt jung war, anders könnte er sich die falsche Diagnose nicht erklären.... Had an appointment at 12:30 and was there at 12:23 ... in front of me about 5 people in the queue for registration, some problem .. the time goes by - 12:34 then it was my turn. Then the lady told me that I was too late (there were also people behind me), on my objection that she saw that I had been waiting a good 10 minutes, she said that I was still too late and had to wait. Well, an hour later I got my turn. The ordination aid for ultrasound only meant "you had to wait an hour now ??" and shook her head in disbelief - she didn't understand either ... According to the findings, I would have an inflammation, the specialist only said why I am with him, everything is fine, nothing is inflamed and asked me whether the doctor was young, otherwise he could not explain the wrong diagnosis ....

Ich versteh auch den Kommentar wegen der elektronischen Verfügbarkeit nicht - gerade letzte Woche war mein Mann zu einer Untersuchung - hat die Bilder mit bekommen und konnte den Befund elektronisch abrufen. Gar kein Problem I have been a patient there for years - short waiting times for an appointment and, on schedule, virtually no waiting times. I also do not understand the comment because of the electronic availability - just last week, my husband was to an investigation - has received the pictures and could retrieve the findings electronically. No problem

Immer zufrieden und vor allem schon bei telefonischer Anfrage ein sehr freundliches und kompetentes Personal. Man erfährt vorab, was geschieht, ungefähre Dauer der Untersuchung, egal ob CT oder Sonografie und das Wichtigste: eine rasche Terminvergabe. Manche Leistungen muß man selbst bezahlen, aber auch da wird ausführlich erklärt und es zahlt sich aus. Atmosphäre hell und angenehm und die kurze Wartezeit kein Problem. Die Damen am Empfang verstehen es, einem unsicheren und nervösen Patienten mit Liebenswürdigkeit Ängste zu nehmen. Es ist irgendwie persönlich und kein Massenbetrieb. Befunde kommen sehr rasch per Mail mit Absicherung durch PIN, Bilder können gleich mitgenommen werden. Alles in allem: Ich bin sehr zufrieden und kann das Institut wirklich empfehlen. Das Erscheinungsbild der Räumlichkeiten als auch des Personals ist sauber und ordentlich, alles in weiß und türkis gehalten. Am Empfang sitzen Ordinationsassistentinnen, die sehr freundlich sind. Sowohl am Telefon als auch persönlich wird einem rasch, kompetent und freundlich geholfen. Ich habe innerhalb von zwei Tagen einen Termin bekommen. Dieser wurde nahezu genau eingehalten, die Wartezeit waren keine 5 Minuten. Mit dem behandelnden Dr. habe ich kurz aber genau besprochen wie es mir geht und was auf mich zukommt in der CT-Röhre :) Der Arzt war ausgesprochen (!!) freundlich, routiniert und einfühlsam. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und gut informiert! Die spätere Online-Befundabholung verlief reibungslos. Ein rundum positives Erlebnis!
