Machen wir es kurz: Wir haben zum wiederholten Mal nichts, aber auch garnichts zu meckern. Vielen Dank an Familie Greil und Team für die Gastfreundschaft Really nice hotel in a good size with exceptionally friendly staff, great facilities and delicious cuisine. Let's make it short: Once again, we have nothing, absolutely nothing to complain about. Many thanks to the Greil family and team for the hospitality
R	R. Hund on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Familiär, aufmerksam, gastfreundlich und wird seinem Namen als Wein- & Gourmethotel absolut gerecht. Haben unseren Familienurlaub mit 2 Kleinkindern hier sehr entspannt genossen. Das Hotel wird offenbar auch schrittweise erneuert - wo dies schon fertig ist - sehr gehoben, modern und trotzdem mit traditionellem Charakter. Vor allem die „Champagner-Terrasse“ lädt mit Heizstrahlern auch im Oktober ein. Familiar, attentive, hospitable and absolutely lives up to its name as a wine & gourmet hotel. Enjoyed our family vacation with 2 small children here very relaxed. The hotel is evidently being gradually renewed - where this has already been completed - very upscale, modern and yet with a traditional character. The “champagne terrace” in particular is also inviting with radiant heaters in October.

M	Martin Marenich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic, 5 Star Service from stuff and Mr. Sepp Greil himself, as well as 5 star local food(maybe 13/20 Gault millau Points would be my Suggestion), rooms, common areas and of course wine. The ski area is a 5 min skibus away, which operates regulary and in front of Greil is a station! Tuesdays and thursdays live music during dinner! Thanks for great time!
A	Archie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last month I spent a week in Greil. The food is ok as are the rooms. But if you want WiFi in your room don't go there. Downstairs in the restaurant it works, but in rooms hardly as reported by more guests. The worst about it is that the owner Sepp does not care. Because of his attitude and arrogancy I will never go to this hotel again. I heared from other guests that in other years the WiFi did not work either and when I asked Sepp about it his reply was that it it was not a problem. According him the only real problem was the situation in Syria (!). I was shocked by that reply and asked him to leave my table. In the next 4 days he never apologized for his shocking remark; he has a serious attitude-problem and cannot accept from anyone any negative remark about his place. I went to many different places in Tirol throughout my life and always enjoyed the typical Tirolian hospitality. If you want that as well, do not visit this guy's place.
B	Bertram Kloss on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel with extraordinary food and the opportunity to combine it and learn a lot about wine. The rooms are homely and the various common areas in the hotel invite you to stay and linger. Really enjoyed our stay here. On top of everything, the staff is friendly and - while serving at a top level - remains down to earth.
