★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly owner,nice rooms and cheap prices.Located closely to the skilifts and slopes of the huge skiing area "Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser".Great place to stay if you are looking for a nice and cheap hotel close to the slopes and in one of the nicest landscapes of northern Tyrol.

The distance to the town (5 mins walk) and the ski lift/Ski hire(10 mins walk), it was very clean, it had everything you would need for a family e.g. fully equipped kitchen etc. Nice and warm also. Can't praise it high enough really.. Negative: The beds were slightly uncomfortable..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Quiet, safe location and only 5 mins walk to the village where there are a range of local restaurants (would recommend Whiskey Mule and Ristorante, Giovanni . For breakfast - Nani Cafe & Concept Store beside the Jam Jar pub. Approx 15 mins walk to the Bergbahn/cable car which runs also in summer time. Apartment was clean with comfortable beds, good shower and warm water at all times. Lovely balcony to enjoy the sunshine in summer. Would recommend e-bike hire from Sporthouse Edinger. Easy access to other resorts via the free bus service (KaiserJet) in summer eg Ellmau, Going, Scheffau or via the Postbus service to Worgl/Kufstein to catch a train.. Negative: Wifi signal was poor in the apartment..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The location was good with a ski bus stop almost opposite or a couple of minutes walk to the next ski bus stop with a more frequent service and 5 mins walk into the town. It was warm, very spacious having a lounge, a kitchen diner, large bedrooms and balconies on both sides. The garage with boot warmer and seats was ideal to leave skis and boots in. The kitchen would have been fine to cook in if we had chosen to. The area was quiet. The owner was helpful.. Negative: The only thing we were missing was larger cups preferably mugs as we were tea drinkers and there were only small coffee cups. A teapot would have been wonderful but not essential..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: They were clean, warm and spacious. In a good location for the town and ski bus. Our second time here and are considering returning in the summer.. Negative: Could do with larger Kettles in both apartments and bigger bowls in top 2..
