Wenn man fragen hat, und eine Verkäuferin ist aus einer anderen Abteilung, wird sofort jemand zuständiger geholt, und hilft dir ohne Augen verdrehen, nett und wissend weiter. Very friendly and competent staff, but not intrusive. If you have questions, and a saleswoman is from another department, someone in charge will be called immediately and will help you without rolling your eyes, kind and knowing.

Man sollte einen Betrag festlegen den man ausgeben möchte, denn sonst kommt man mit leerer Geldbörse heim, weil das Angebot könnte das Limit überschreiten. There are even bigger branches. The offer is very tasteful according to the season. You should specify an amount that you want to spend, otherwise you will come home with an empty wallet because the offer could exceed the limit.

Leider mein Besuch wert, wenn man was spezielles sucht. Für den kleinen bummel aber völlig ausreichend. A slightly smaller and untidy branch in contrast to others I know. The employees are sometimes in a bad mood and hardly notice the customers. Unfortunately worth a visit if you're looking for something special. But perfectly adequate for a little stroll.

Bei der Kassa hatte ich den Zettel jedoch nicht mit und die "nette" Verkäuferin wies selbstverständlich nicht darauf hin, dass sie diesen grünen Zettel benötigt, wenn ich den Rabatt beanspruchen würde. Vielen Dank für Null Kundenservice- und die Aussage, ich könnte mir ja den Zettel mitnehmen für den nxt Einkauf... hallo wozu steht dann nur heute drauf! An absolute cheek - at the entrance there are really great flyers with the note - only today -20% - but in absolute small print on this note it also says that you have to hand it in at the cash desk. However, I didn't have the slip with me at the checkout and the "nice" saleswoman naturally didn't point out that she needed this green slip if I were to claim the discount. Many thanks for zero customer service and the statement that I could take the note with me for the next purchase... hello why does it only say today!

I had a really good experience with the employee as well, he noticed I couldn't carry the huge Click&Collect box and with my permission he opened it and arranged it all in a carrying bag for me. It really saved me that day!
