S	Samina _135 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das erste mal mit Schmerzen angerufen ich soll nächste Woche kommen. Kein Termin wurde eingetragen ich kann warten laut einer Sprechstundenhelferin. Eine andere Dame meinte zu ihrer Kollegin das dürfte nicht sein. Nächster Termin ausgemacht, die Sprechstundenhilfe meinte er ist für einen anderen Tag vereinbart (an den besagten Tag hätte ich gar nicht können kann also kaum sein). Kann ein Kommunikationsproblem gewesen sein. Was mich jedoch im nachhinein wundert bei der 1/2 Behandlung wurde betäubt, bei 2/2 zuerst nicht und dann doch obwohl die Behandlung eine Stunde gedauert hat, also nichts einfaches. Ansonsten positiv war Frau Dr. war sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und hat mit die Assistenten gut zusammen gearbeitet. The first time I called with pain I should come next week. Otherwise, Dr. was very accommodating, friendly and worked well with the assistants.
E	Evelyn Barfuss on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alle drei Plomben unseres Sohnes haben sich im Nachhinein als undicht herausgestellt, was trotz intensivster Putzbemühungen und Mundhygiene kariöse Veränderungen zur Folge hatte. Teuer war es, mehr nicht! Wirklich enttäuschend. Absolut keine Empfehlung unsererseits. Wir müssen diese Zähne erst wieder behandeln. Einzig positiv ist die Tatsache, dass man sehr rasch einen Termin bekommen würde und dass die Ordination so einen modernen und sauberen Eindruck macht. Wir waren ein paar Mal da und kamen jedoch erstaunlicherweise an keinem Termin zum selben Zahnarzt, das fand ich schon befremdlich, weil hier somit keiner die Geschichte des Patienten besser zu kennen scheint. Für uns passt das nicht. All three of our son's seals turned out to be leaky in retrospect, which, despite the most intensive cleaning efforts and oral hygiene, resulted in carious changes. It was expensive, nothing more! Really disappointing. Absolutely no recommendation on our part. We have to treat these teeth again first. The only positive thing is that you would get an appointment very quickly and that the ordination makes such a modern and clean impression. We were there a few times and, surprisingly, never came to the same dentist at any appointment, which I found strange, because nobody here seems to know the patient's story better. That doesn't suit us.
R	Ronald R. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hatte über Silvester starke Zahnschmerzen bekommen und am 4. Jänner 2021 war ich dann am Nachmittag bei Dentacare zur Behandlung. Ich wurde sehr freundlich empfangen, die Wartezeit war sehr kurz (15 Minuten) und nach einer Röntgenaufnahme würde gleich mein Problem gelöst und ich von den Schmerzen befreit. Ich hatte ein großes Kariesloch im Backenzahn. Ich bin immer froh, bei Herrn Dr. Szüsz in Behandlung zu sein - da passt meistens alles. Hin und wieder wartet man etwas länger, wenn zum Beispiel Notfälle eingeschoben werden, aber das ist ok. Denn wenn man selbst einmal einen Zahnnotfall hat ist man froh, recht schnell einen Behandlungstermin zu bekommen. Seit gut 10 Jahren schätze ich Dr. Szüsz und sein Team sehr und das ist auch der Grund, warum mittlerweile meine ganze Familie zu ihm kommt. Nicht jedem Zahnarzt würde man seine minderjährigen Töchter anvertrauen, aber Dr. Szüsz ist jedes Mal sehr einfühlsam und meine Kinder gehen gerne zum Zahnarzt - was gibt es Schöneres ;-) Dentacare ist sehr zu empfehlen und ich nehme sogar eine Anfahrt von mehr als 30 Minuten in Kauf. Weiterhin alles Gute dem gesamten Team... I had severe toothache over New Year's Eve and on January 4, 2021, I went to Dentacare for treatment in the afternoon. I was welcomed very kindly, the waiting time was very short (15 minutes) and after an X-ray my problem would be solved immediately and I was relieved of the pain. I had a large cavity in my molar. I am always happy to work with Dr. To be treated by Szüsz - usually everything fits. Every now and then you wait a little longer, for example when emergencies are pushed in, but that's okay. Because if you have a dental emergency yourself, you are happy to get a treatment appointment very quickly. I have valued Dr. Szüsz and his team very much and that is also the reason why my whole family now comes to him. Not every dentist would entrust his underage daughters, but Dr. Szüsz is always very empathetic and my children like to go to the dentist - what could be nicer ;-) Dentacare is highly recommended and I even accept a journey of more than 30 minutes. All the best to the whole team ...
W	Wolfgang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seit 2010 ist Dr. Szüsz mein Zahnarzt. Ich kann das Team mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Beginnend von Kontrolle über Mundhygiene, Füllungen sowie jetzt Inlays wurde bei mir schon alles gemacht. Das Team ist jung und dynamisch gepaart mit Freundlichkeit. Mein Sohn im Vorschulalter ist ebenfalls dort. Es wird auf die Kinder eingegangen und ihnen alles erklärt. Somit freut er sich auf die halbjährlichen Kontrolltermine... Alles Gute dem Team und macht einfach so weiter ? Since 2010 Dr. Szüsz my dentist. I can recommend the team with a clear conscience. Starting with checking oral hygiene, fillings and now inlays, everything has already been done for me. The team is young and dynamic paired with friendliness. My preschool son is there too. The children are discussed and everything is explained to them. So he's looking forward to the six-monthly check-ups ... All the best to the team and just keep going ?

Die Ordination ist sehr gepflegt, eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre, das Team ist wirklich sehr freundlich, Hr. Gernot Szüsz hat mich selbst behandelt und hat mit seiner Art den Zahnarztbesuch für mich persönlich sehr angenehm gestaltet. Ich kann diesen Zahnarzt wirklich nur empfehlen. Danke I was at DentaCare for the first time on March 24th, 2021 and can honestly only say positive things about this dentist. The ordination is very well maintained, a very pleasant atmosphere, the team is really very friendly, Mr. Gernot Szüsz treated me himself and with his manner made the visit to the dentist very pleasant for me personally. I can only recommend this dentist. Thank you

Lässt sich Zeit bei Kontrolle, sagt glaich was werde weiter gemacht und den Freundlichkeit ganzes Team, dynamisch und ohne Streß ???. ? Daumen hoch!!! 5 stars are missing in the rating. P	Petra Barasits on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach Anruf 2 Stunden später einen Termin bekommen als Schmerzpatient. War das erste Mal dort und werde nicht das letzte Mal dort gewesen sein. Alle Mitarbeiter freundlich, angefangen von der Empfangsdame, Assistentinen und Ärzten. Fr. Dr. Smarikova muss ich lobend hervorheben. Ich habe Panik vorm Zahnarzt. Sie hat mir jegliche Angst genommen. So einfühlsam, nett, geduldig, das gibt es selten. Sie hat mir soviel Mut zugesprochen, daß ich bei der Behandlung total ruhig und doch entspannt war. Auch die Assistentin total freundlich. Dankeschön und machen Sie alle so weiter. After calling 2 hours later got an appointment as a pain patient. Was there for the first time and will not be the last time. All staff friendly starting from the receptionist, assistants and doctors. Mrs. Dr. I have to commend Smarikova. I have a panic at the dentist. She took all my fears away. So sensitive, nice, patient, that's rare. She gave me so much courage that I was totally calm and relaxed during the treatment. The assistant was very friendly too. Thank you and keep up the good work everyone.
