Auch sollte die Beifahrertüre eingestellt werden. Die Türe wurde noch schlechter eingestellt als sie es war und wurde mir ein Kratzer in die Türeinstiegsleiste gemacht (Plastik)! Trotz Reklamation wurde dieser Schaden nicht behoben und bzgl der Türe wurde mir vom Werkstattleiter gesagt, ich soll dorthin fahren, wo ich die Havarie gekauft habe! Diese Aussage ist eine bodenlose Frechheit da ich mein Fahrzeug fast neu gekauft habe und es niemals einen Schaden gab! Wurde mir auch nochmals von meiner Hauswerkstatt, dort wo ich das Fahrzeug kaufte, bestätigt. Auch wurde mir dort heute die Beifahrertüre so eingestellt das es passt und hat das nur eine knappe Stunde gedauert! Bin enttäuscht von der Firma Oppitzhauser, obwohl ich mit dem Seniorchef ein nettes Gespräch hatte! Bad service, unfriendly staff, incompetent workshop manager! Despite the complaint, this damage was not repaired and with regard to the door I was told by the workshop manager that I should go to where I bought the damage! This statement is a bottomless cheek because I bought my vehicle almost new and there was never any damage! Was confirmed to me again by my in-house workshop where I bought the vehicle. The passenger door was also adjusted there today so that it fits and it only took about an hour! I am disappointed with the Oppitzhauser company, although I had a nice chat with the senior boss!

Dann haben sie beim Serivce vergessen den Zähler zurückzusetzen. Und nun kommen wir drauf, dass sie die Mobiliätsgarantie nicht verlängert haben - für einen Neuwagen! Schwerer Fehler von der Firma und wir haben jetzt die Scherereien, weil uns Hyundai keinen Service bietet.
