★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update: Wegen der guten Lage ist immer viel los. Dadurch ist das Obst und Gemüsesortiment meist relativ frisch, aber oft auch leer. Preislich ist Penny sowieso nicht so schlecht.
Ein normaler Penny Markt. Bisher musste ich aber immer ein paar Minuten an der Kasse warten, da nur 1 Frau kassierte.
 Update: Because of the good location, there is always a lot going on. As a result, the fruit and vegetable range is usually relatively fresh, but often empty. In terms of price, Penny isn't that bad anyway.
A normal penny market. So far, however, I always had to wait a few minutes at the cash register because only 1 woman was cashing in.

Friendly and hard-working staff, great assortment selection & clear, coherent structure of the shelves. Shopping possible without much searching. Branch-dependent deviations are logical. A prime example of the Klagenfurt / Görzer Alle branch (very personable)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst cashier lady by far (i don't want to write any names, but i bet they will know which one it is), rude, incompetent. Has no respect for the stuff i buy.. squeezes the bread, drags sunglass lenses on metal surface, pushes my things so they fall on the floor, throws tomatos or apples left and right.
They have 3 cash registers, but only one is working, even if there are 7 or 8 people waiting in line. I usually come 15 minutes before they close, to avoid the waiting line. This the time when she is buying for herself so she yells at me why I come so late.
Today, 10 minutes before they close, I noticed there is no more bread, but there was some still in the owen, already overbaked. I asked if I could have some, and they replied it's still not done. I pointed out it already looks burnt and they only have 10 minutes to sell it, but the rocket scientist replied it needs more time.
Prices are often wrong, when i point it out they always have some excuse and try to make me look stupid. "No, the price is not wrong, it's just outdated." I don't dare to ask what the difference is.
Poor selection of fruits and vegetables. So many times i threw away what i bought the moment i put it out if the bag (fruits already rotten). Impossible to get decent/normal potatos.
When there is some good offer for meat, they keep the best packages for themselves and customers are left with poor quality to choose from.
They have this spot where you can tie your dog to, but it's ALWAYS blocked by stacked bags of earth or similar. So they are dog-friendly in theory, but in reality you can forget about it.
This is the nearest store to where i live, so sadly every now and then i have no choice but to buy there.
