Einen Klappsitz von Artweger bestellt, versandkostenfrei wie auf der Webseite versprochen, Geld per PayPal gezahlt, versandkostenfreie Bestätigung erhalten. Soweit so gut. Dann stellte sich per E-Mail Anfrage heraus, dass der Sitz nicht, wie in der Abbildung dargestellt beige, sondern tatsächlich anthrazit war. Man schrieb mir ganz höflich, dass man die Bestellung schon mal eigenmächtig storniert hätte (???) und ich nun erneut in der richtigen Farbe wieder bestellen soll. Nun war der Sitz aber nur noch für zusätzliche 90€ Speditionskosten zu haben! Dabei ist der freundliche Herr vom Service auch bisher geblieben. Mittlerweile ist allerdings ein deutlicher Hinweis auf die Speditionskosten vorhanden - wie von Zauberhand. Falls es dabei bleibt werde ich Meldung bei der Wettbewerbszentrale machen. So gehts nicht meine Herren! Man hat sich nun doch noch besonnen und den Artikel versandkostenfrei zum Kauf angeboten. Sehr löblich, ich hätte mir das Procedere aber etwas einfacher gewünscht - daher nur 4 Sterne. At first everything seemed to be going well. Ordered a folding seat from Artweger, free shipping as promised on the website, paid money via PayPal, received free shipping confirmation. So far so good. Then it turned out via e-mail that the seat was not beige, as shown in the picture, but actually anthracite. They wrote to me very politely that they had already canceled the order without authorization (???) and that I should now order again in the correct color. Now the seat was only available for an additional 90 € shipping costs! The friendly man from the service team has stayed with us so far. In the meantime, however, there is a clear indication of the shipping costs - as if by magic. If it stays that way, I will report to the competition headquarters. That's not how it works, gentlemen! You have now come to terms and offered the article free of shipping costs. Very commendable, but I would have liked the procedure to be a bit easier - therefore only 4 stars.

Ordered yesterday at around 12:30 p.m. and delivered today at 10 a.m.! I have NEVER experienced such fast delivery. Really great!
