I bought several monitors from DELL a few months ago, actually very satisfied, wanted to order some, but I can no longer see them on the homepage. Think to me - there will be a customer service who will help me, get stuck in a tape and be constantly referred to the homepage, the call is automatically ended. CUSTOMER SERVICE is NOT. Will then get the monitors from another company. There are other companies too !!!

Liebe Dell, bitte weiter so. Nur zur Info: Wir sind seit 4 Jahren Dell-Partner --> der erste Garantiefall!!! glg Markus Kaufmann, City PC.
I really have to say / write that I am more and more enthusiastic about DELL. We had sold a Dell Optiplex 3080 to a customer - warranty case. Called the service number this Wednesday - the service partner came on Thursday and exchanged the circuit board - everything works again! When I hear the "egg dance" of some other manufacturers, where you have been hanging out for 2 hours in a call center and your opposite has a "vomiting" English, this call and settlement was really "refreshing". Dear Dell, please keep it up. Just for information: We have been a Dell partner for 4 years -> the first warranty case! glg Markus Kaufmann, City PC.

Very poor customer service. You don't want any direct customer contact, not even online chat or direct e-mail support. What good is the self-diagnosis, etc., if the filthy device does not even turn on after the 3rd time.

I'll never buy a dell again! I bought a xps15 (9500), some accessoires and a ProSupport Plus and Next Business Day Onsite Service Extension as a business customer. The Notebook and the DA300 device did not work at all. It took 14 days until some service technician appeared on site who also noticed that the DA300 device was broken. Since 4 weeks I try to get a replacement. I open a service ticket, it get's closed without further notice and nobody cares about it. I also tried to return the XPS15 to upgrade to something better. I've been told, there is no return for a business customer. This was our 5th device we bought within 18 months and it will be the last one in my life. This seems to me more fraud then service. I'm incredibly disappointed. If you need to buy a dell as an european customer, I suggest buying it as a private customer, since they must provide the posibility for a return.

Man, initially I was pleased by a product and just wanted to buy it on Dell's website but my experience with the site, support system and phone support was so bad that after two days I never want to deal with this brand again. I decided to delete my account there and guess what, again I couldn't find any way to do it :D

Never buy Dell online, they used my credit card without notice and authorization!!! I purchased a laptop and paid directly. After 2 weeks, all the sudden in Friday night, Dell charged me again with my credit card, and without authorization. I reported online, and don't receive any reply. I called the customer service (paid call) waited for 10 minutes, got a lady told me, they cannot do anything with this. Ask me to talk to the finance myself...

I bought a Dell XPS13 9350 a few years ago to use for school. Unfortunately I found out that it is pretty unreliable. Several issue with the WiFi not working properly, BIOS issues, keyboard keys getting stuck,…. I’m also not the only one with those problems. Several of my friends got the same laptop and all had those issues. Now after not using it for about 2 years, I wanted to start using it again. Unfortunately, after a short time the screen went just dark and the laptop didn’t boot up properly (read several stories of the same issue on the internet). I paid Dell to check it and they found out that the mainboard was broken but Dell damaged my laptop during the process (they cracked the aluminium frame). They say that they didn’t do the damage and don’t want to repair it. I’m now already in contact with my lawyer. So in conclusion, I paid a premium for a laptop that is unreliable and when I paid Dell to fix it, they damaged it and give me the fault. I would totally stay away form that company! Since about 2 years I use a Thinkpad for work and it just works and had zero issues. I would recommend anyone who wants to buy a new laptop to just get a Thinkpad (or at least some Lenovo) instead of a Dell. Lenovo PCs are one of the most reliable you can get and they have a way better customer support. I don’t see a reason why a student, company or government would still use a Dell.
