P	Peter Winkler (Peter W.) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Geschäft selbst kann ich nicht bewerten, aber vom Onlineshop muss ich wegen der extremen Nachlässigkeit der Betreiber dringend abraten. Ich habe am 1.8.2018 ein Produkt bestellt und mit Paypal sofort bezahlt. Nach 2 Wochen war immer noch keine Versandbestätigung bei mir eingegangen also habe ich telefonisch Kontakt aufgenommen, was mehrere Versuche an 2 Tagen brauchte. Mir wurde mitgeteilt dass das Produkt nicht mehr produziert wird und ich das Geld natürlich zurückerhalte. Ich schrieb dann zur Vollständigkeit eine Mail zum stornieren der Bestellung, Geld kam natürlich keines. 2 Weitere Mails Anfang September wurden auch ignoriert. Den Fall habe ich dann an Paypal abgegeben, auf die 4 Mails von denen in der Konfliktlösung wurde auch nicht reagiert und schließlich wurde 2 Monate nach Bestellung der Fall von Paypal ohne mitwirken des Verkäufers abgeschlossen. Dass Kunden nicht informiert werden wenn eine Lieferung nicht möglich ist und dass eine Rückabwicklung von Seiten des Verkäufers nicht selbstverständlich ist, ist eine Zumutung. Wer solche Dinge nicht bewerkstelligen kann, sollte vom Betrieb eines Onlineshops als zuverdienst absehen. PS: Das bestellte Produkt ist noch immer als Verfügbar gelistet, soviel zur Pflege eines Shops. I cannot rate the business itself, but I have to advise against the online shop because of the extreme negligence of the operators. I ordered a product on August 1st, 2018 and paid immediately with PayPal. After 2 weeks I still hadn't received a shipping confirmation so I contacted me by phone, which took several attempts over 2 days. I was told that the product is no longer in production and of course I will get the money back. I then wrote an email to cancel the order for completeness, of course there was no money. 2 Further emails in early September were also ignored. I then passed the case on to PayPal, the 4 emails from which the conflict resolution was not responded to, and finally, 2 months after the order was placed, PayPal closed the case without the involvement of the seller. It is unreasonable that customers are not informed when a delivery is not possible and that a reverse transaction on the part of the seller is not a matter of course. Anyone who cannot accomplish such things should refrain from running an online shop as additional income. PS: The ordered product is still listed as available, so much for maintaining a shop.
