I was greeted by friendly staff and the situation was quickly amended and with no charge.

It was a great experience for me, very fast and super helpful. Showed them my MacBook Pro 2015 with a known display bug - no further explanations necessary.
2 days later I've got it back. Repaired and everything is fine. Thank you guys.
Recommend this place to other people and will be there for a 2nd repair - with an iPhone display - today. I will also make a re-rate after the 2nd try today. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have received my laptop back from digitalis today and not only has it been fixed but I was blown away by the customer service I have received from their technician!
Not only has he fixed and cleaned my laptop, he has also on his own accord reached out to Apple to make my case for a goodwill repair due to previous services done wrong. This meant I did not only receive excellent service from a very friendly person but also my repair for free. To top it off he gave me the euro charger adapter for free when we realised that they left theirs on my charger with the words “a little gift from us”, all that after waiting an extra 15min after closing for me to collect the device before the bank holiday weekend m, top! All in all 5stars and definitely worth the wait that corona caused. I can only recommend Digitalis if you want your equipment looked after by honest and friendly people!
