War verärgert weil ich keine Ersatzteile bekam aber ihre Freundlichkeit hatte mich beeindruckt. Ich wurde nicht gleich heraus komplimentiert. 6 Sterne wenn ein Ersatzteil Verkauf möglich wird. lieben Dank. 5 stars because I was perceived as a customer although no private sale was possible. The lady was helpful and competent. Was upset because I couldn't get any spare parts, but I was impressed by their friendliness. I wasn't complimented straight away. 6 stars if a spare part sale is possible. a heartfelt thank you.

Jedoch bleibt als Wermutstropfen, dass es 4 Anläufe gebraucht hat um auf einen aufgezeigten Missstand eine adäquate Reaktion zu erhalten (die ersten Anfragen wurden leider nur lapidar abgewimmelt). Deshalb vorerst 1 Stern Abzug. De Longhi is certainly an excellent company. We are excited to see how satisfied we will be with the new MAESTOSA fully automatic coffee machine. However, the downside is that it took 4 attempts to get an adequate response to an identified grievance (the first inquiries were unfortunately only shrugged off). Therefore for the time being 1 star deduction.

Meine Kenwood Chef XL, die ich mir bewusst als leistungsstarkes (und hochpreisiges) Qualitätsprodukt gekauft habe ging nach knapp 3 Jahren kaputt, weil Maschinenöl aus dem Getriebe austritt, wobei das Gerät immer sachgemäß ca 2x pro Woche benutzt wurde. Eine Kulanzanfrage, ob die Reparaturkosten, weche fast 50% der Anschaffungskosten betragen, von Kenwood aufgrund der kurzen Lebensdauer des Gerätes übernommen werden können, wurde mehrfach ohne verständlicher Begründung abgelehnt. Ich bereue es mir das Kenwoodgerät anstatt eines Konkurrenzproduktes gekauft zu haben! Never again Kenwood - broken after 2 years and 10 months! My Kenwood Chef XL, which I deliberately bought as a high-performance (and high-priced) quality product, broke down after almost 3 years because machine oil was leaking from the gearbox, although the device was always used properly about 2x a week. A goodwill request as to whether the repair costs, which amount to almost 50% of the acquisition costs, can be covered by Kenwood due to the short lifespan of the device, was rejected several times without any understandable justification. I regret having bought the Kenwood device instead of a competing product!
