Fast, inexpensive self-service lunch in the Lobstereck if you are currently on the Triesterstraße. It is worth an intermediate status !!

A	Alex Straub on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es lässt sich nicht verbergen, dass das Ikano Bürogebäude in die Jahre gekommen ist. Auf die Reinigung , speziell der Sanitäranlagen und auch der Allgemeinanlagen, wird kein Wert gelegt. Es graust einem den Lift und die WC Anlagen zu benützen, oder Türschnallen anzugreifen. Die Desinfektionsspender im EG vor den Liften sind seit Wochen leer. (Ach ja wir haben ja noch Corona!). Die Mülleimer in den Kursräumen werden nicht täglich geleert und auch dementsprechend werden die Kursräume nicht gereinigt. Es stinkt nach modrigem alten Büro oder auch Kanal. Die Lüftung funktioniert nicht und die Beschattung ist defekt. Für Leute die mit dem PKW zu den Kursen kommen gibt es kaum Parkplätze. Wenig wertschätzend und motivierend hier den ganzen Tag in einem Kurs zu verbringen. Ich wünsche dem Veranstalter der Kurse, der Firma PPC - Training trotzdem fette DB´s. Die Räume sind bestimmt günstig gemietet.... It cannot be hidden that the Ikano office building is getting on in years. No value is placed on cleaning, especially the sanitary facilities and the general facilities. One horrifies to use the elevator and the toilet facilities, or to attack door buckles. The disinfectant dispensers on the ground floor in front of the lifts have been empty for weeks. (Oh yes, we still have Corona!). The rubbish bins in the course rooms are not emptied daily and accordingly the course rooms are not cleaned. It stinks of a musty old office or sewer. The ventilation does not work and the shading is defective. There are hardly any parking spaces for people who come to the courses by car. Spending the whole day in a course here is not very appreciative and motivating. I wish the organizer of the courses, the company PPC - Training, fat DBs anyway. The rooms are definitely rented cheaply ...
