★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gute, wenn auch mittlerweile vom Markt überholte Produkte (siehe Glasslock oder Lock & Lock), jedoch wenig bis in meinem Fall null Kundenservice und Gewährleistung.
Good, if now outdated products (see Glasslock or Lock & Lock), but little to zero customer service and warranty in my case.

Wird aber nicht ausgetauscht, mir wird unterstellt, ihn zu heiß ins Rohr gestellt zu haben, ist aber nicht der Fall.
Damit ist diese Firma für mich erledigt, es gibt genug andere Firmen, die gute Ware hat.
Keine Kundenfreundlichkeit. Pfui
Got an Ultra, the lid is full of bubbles.
But it is not exchanged, I am accused of having put it in the pipe too hot, but it is not the case.
So this company is done for me, there are enough other companies that have good goods.
