Kann ich nicht empfehlen! Ich wollte mir einen Termin für Gastroskopie und Darmspiegelung machen, dabei wurde mir gesagt das ich 2 Termine bräuchte. Man könne nicht beides an einem Tag machen. Erstmal zur Gastro und erst dann kann ich einen Termin für Darmspiegelung machen. Zeitverschwendung.. Keine Ahnung was sich der Arzt dadurch erhoft oder ob es dadurch mehr Geld von der Krankenkasse gibt wenn man den Folgetermin im nächsten Quartal macht. Habe dann bei einem anderen Arzt problemlos einen Termin für 2 Untersuchungen am selben Tag ausmachen können.

Vielen Dank an Frau Dr. Venetz-Ruzicka und ihrem Team. Ich habe mich am Tag der OP gut betreut und aufgehoben gefühlt. Sie ist ein sehr kompetenter, freundlicher und gründlicher Chirurg. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und kann nur das ganze Team weiterempfehlen. Die Ordination hat eine angenehme Atmosphäre und ist sehr sauber.

1A und absolut empfehlenswert. Meine Frau und ich waren bereits das 2. Mal in dieser Ordination. Von der Ameldung, der Vorbereitung bis zur Untersuchung selbst, alle freundlich, stets für Fragen bereit und kompetent.

Ich hatte heute meine erste Koloskopie und aufgrund der Empfehlungen hier, diese Ordination ausgesucht gehabt. Es war hier wirklich toll. Ich war nervös und das vollkommen unbegründet. Am Empfang, beim EKG und dann bei der Koloskopie selbst, alle waren total lieb. Man merkte mir auch umgehend meine Nervösität an und hat mich sofort mit lieben Worten beruhigt. Ich wurde sediert und wachte ohne Schmerzen nach ca 20 min wieder auf. Frau Dr.. Venetz-Ruzicka kam zur Befundbesprechung und alle Fragen wurden mir beantwortet. Hier geht man auf den Patienten ein, hat Feingefühl und ist mitfühlend. Das ganze Team ist einfach Spitzenklasse, kompetent, professionell, eingespielt und liebenswürdig bis zum Abwinken. Ich habe selten so ein sympathisches und freundliches Ärzteteam erlebt. Entgegen mancher Bewertungen, die ich nicht einmal im Ansatz nachvollziehen kann, ist diese doch eher unangenehme Untersuchung bestmöglich umgesetzt worden. Die Location ist groß und hell, bei COVID ist der Mindestabstand überhaupt kein Problem! Ich möchte mich herzlich bei Frau Dr. Venetz-Ruzicka bedanken!

Appointment was today 16/02/17 . Said it was a painless procedure with my experience was very unsure. Very clean well equipped surgery super friendly staff Dr.Venetz-Ruzica is very nice just relaxing, I had the anesthesia woke up later didn't even know the procedures had taken place until was showed the results, was able to walk out catch a bus and go for a meal first time ever after this in 35 years of having this done. No more anxiety I know where to go in future. Thank You Dr. M. Venetz- Ruzuica

I had both a coloscopy and gastroscopy the other day. TL;DR Front desk staff are wonderful, Erstgespräch was clear and thorough, the Frau Doktor herself however severely lacks bedside manner and refused to listen when I was panicking on the "table". -- The doctor with whom I spoke at the Erstgespräch was friendly, knowledgable, answered all my questions, and spoke with me at length until we had discussed all the possibilities for my symptoms (both GI and non-GI causes). We concluded that I probably didn't have any GI issues, but I decided to go ahead with the endoscopy anyways to confirm this. The front desk staff gave me extremely clear instructions on how to prepare for the procedure. A few days beforehand it turned out I had a few more questions about the diet one must follow, so I called and spoke with another helpful receptionist who answered my questions within two minutes! Fantastic! Ditto when the day before something else came up that might affect the procedure, I called and yet another different receptionist was extremely helpful in answering my question, and even wished me good luck and much strength for the "prep" (which is no fun at all, no matter where one goes). On the day of, the front desk staff were again wonderful and helpful, and I was taken to the back by a nurse? I think? Both her (the nurse/anesthetist) and the Frau Doktor Venetz-Ruzicka (I'm assuming, she didn't deign to introduce herself) were waiting in the procedure room. Now, I have a good amount of anxiety generally, and even more when it comes to needles, and yep, you guessed it, even more when it comes to anesthesia. So I was... nervous, to say the least. I undressed and placed myself on the "table", so to speak, and repeated something to the Frau Doktor that the front desk staff had asked me to reiterate. Both she and the anesthetist began to speak to me at the same time, which for unrelated reasons I literally cannot process, at which time I very nearly had a panic attack. The nurse to the right of me giving me instructions and trying to stick a needle in my arm, the Frau Doktor to the left of me seemingly angry at me that I used the wrong German word to describe my lower permament retainer (yes I am fluent, but I can write far better reviews in English). I asked them very clearly to please give me a second to collect myself, to which they pretended not to hear me? I'm not sure. They asked me to turn to the side and I again repeated that I needed a few seconds to calm down, but they didn't seem to care. One of them (the nurse, I think? Not sure) basically gave me an ultimatum, 'turn on your side or we're stopping the procedure' so I did, and... (cue anesthesia blackout) When I came to, I was not allowed (due to Covid) to have my partner come to the recovery room with me. I forced myself upright, dressed myself, and the Frau Doktor came and explained to me what she had found. I attempted in my still-hazy state to explain to her that I suspected my symptoms had cause elsewhere, and named the condition, which I offered to explain (even in the medical field, many don't know about it), and I can't speak for the Frau Doktor, but she didn't seem to know what I was talking about, but refused the explanation. I was handed a stack of papers (with some pretty pictures of my insides!) and not even told to leave the room, the recovery nurse had to come back in a few minutes later and tell me where to go. So, in conclusion: Front desk/reception: 5/5 The man from the Erstgespräch: 5/5 The procedure itself: 3/5 (I was neither sore nor bruised in any way, I have a small cut on my lip but that's it) The woman I'm assuming was the Frau Doktor: 1/5 (seems knowledgable but needs to work on her bedside manner) Total: 1/5
