Good place:)) We were pleasantly surprised. The area is awesome! The concierge is very nice and helpful.))

We spent a week here in a 3 bedroom apartment that was more than big enough for 6 adults and 3 children. Stylish and modern. Great breakfast. Very nice bar. A small but nice dinner menu. Excellent facilities (sauna, pool, games room). Close to the gondolas. Will definitely be back.

Pros: the hotel is nicely located and newly renovated. Cons: service is very disappointing. 1. No transfer to the train station as promised 2. Most of reception staff can’t give any recommendations on local restaurants/transport/shops etc. 3. 1 hour before checkout (that is at 10am) cleaning staff entered our room without even knocking and told us to checkout 4. Most of the stuff doesn’t speak decent English that makes it hard to communicate

Centrally located in the Zillertal, this hotel is convenient for day trips to a number of locations including Innsbruck, if one needs a bigger city experience. The manager is a mountain guide who has countless suggestions for activities in the area regardless of what type of weather. Our first time has been during October and the weather changed a great deal. We had rain and freezing temperatures, snow in the mountains, sun and 65 degrees with a cloudless sky. The hotel itself offers apartment style rooms with a full kitchen including dishwasher, oven, and microwave. All sundry items for the appliances are included as well, which is convenient. The rooms have a terrace and plenty of closet space, including an entryway for shoes, jackets, etc. It is clear that the average traveler here is looking to spend significant time outdoors. The hotel has a smallish but warm pool that goes from the inside to the outside depending on the weather and temperatures. Additionally there is a sauna area with four different types of sauna; Finnish, infrared, steam bath, and herbal sauna. The restaurant is limited in its menu but the bar has a wide variety of drinks for purchase and the sitting room has a cozy wood-fired fireplace where you can enjoy a drink and the company of your friends or family. The breakfast is excellent with made to order omelettes, eggs, with fresh fruit and a variety of baked goods and other, locally sourced items .the food is of good quality . That staff is friendly and helpful and the experience, in spite of being a little under the weather has been overwhelmingly positive. We will hopefully come back often in the future .

“+” The hotel itself is very beautiful. The design of the rooms and the common areas is very nice. I would give 5.0 without hesitation to all the amenities and the interior design qualities of the place. “-“ The problem of this hotel is in its staff. 1. Staff attitude. Several members of the stuff were quite rude and ignorant to our questions. None of them speaks decent level of English which together with not caring approach made the communication almost impossible in many cases. As we decided to visit the place during the low season many of the facilities around were obviously closed. When we tried to ask the hotel staff about where we can find opened restaurants they reacted in inappropriate manner. 2. Staff providing misleading information. As the promised free transfer from the hotel to the station wasn’t available (with no explanation) we decided to order a taxi. The staff did this for us and they told that we could pay by card. Eventually when we arrived to the station the driver asked for cash as she actually couldn’t accept the card payments. 3. Check out. Cleaning staff entered our room several times before the checkout without knocking. When we asked what’s the problem is they asked if we can leave in 2 minutes(it was 30 min before the official checkout). 4. Overall quality of service. The whole experience with the hotel wasn’t at all up to our expectations.

Wonderful in every way. Had an excellent 10 day stay in July/Aug 2018. Apartments are very comfortable, well proportioned and equipped to a high standard. Breakfasts were delicious and the restaurant also did light meals if you don’t want to cook or walk into the village. A very pleasant in/outdoor swimming pool and plenty of outdoor relaxing space and kids play areas makes this a perfect location for an Alpine family summer break. Highly recommended.

Such a pleasure! The ideal mix of design & style on the one side and home feeling and cozy mountain climate on the other! There is too much to say about our fabulous time which we sended there ... so let's just say - it was perfect! Thank you!
