Amazing family run hotel. Loved every minute of my stay. Highly recommend a visit if in the Fugen area.

The pool water is cold and the room is also cold

The elevator was a nightmare. only 1 or 2 persons allowed, we got stuck once, after 22h00 we couldn't use it anymore and had to take the stairs. Food was average. Not a 4 star hotel in my opinion.

Very nice family hotel (run for families by a family) with lots of amenities (indoor pool, sauna, kids club etc.) friendly and helping staff, hands-on management and great location. We were here second year in a row for ski holiday and will be back next year.

Great place to stay for family vacation, just got back after 6 days, it was Fun! The hotel view, the hotel team was nice, and very welcom! The food was great & there is Also kids meals. We realy enjoy our stay there!

Overall, the hotel is very good! Not exactly my vibe but this has nothing to do with the hotel management. The hotel tries to please both families with children and adult vistors without kids and does fairly well in my opinion but many won't be pleased, I guess. The food is excellent, the rooms are spacious, spotlesly clean and well equipped although we paid for a balkony but we got a room on the ground floor with an exit outside but facing a 4-5 meter high wall. Bathroom and toilet have no privacy if this matters to you. The spa center is very clean and nice. The pool is tiny and could be warmer. The staff is generally very nice and friendly but it feels like they are a bit overwhelmed. The location is nice, overlooking the valley but if you are not there to ski, there isn't much to do around. The village is not very nice and not walkig friendly especially in the winter. One thing that's really surprising is the water leakage just in front of the hotel's entrance which turns into ice ovenight and is waiting for a disaster... The other and I would say the biggest minus for me (good that I didn't see it before we got there) is the comments of the management here in response to negative reviews. I find this attitude really unprofessional and off-putting. Obviously money are spent on marketing and they should know better. Overall, an excellent choice if you are a family with kids and you want to ski. I wouldn't go back because I don't fall into either category but if you are, go for it, probably you won't regret it!

No mini bar in our family room Bad impression during our booking. We booked this room at Booking and were ready to pay more, as it was said there is a beautiful bathtub ? with a view. But it turned out that we were given another room without a bathtub we expected. We told about this, but no actions were made.
