Die Apartments sind sehr modern und praktikabel eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch die Fam. Wechselberger und ihre Helfer sind super zuvorkommend und aufgeschlossen. Kann man nur empfehlen. Gerne wieder ! We were skiing in Stumm and I found the apartments on the internet. The stay was a total success. The apartments are very modern and practical. We felt very comfortable. The family Wechselberger and their helpers are super courteous and open-minded. Can only recommend. Gladly again !
N	Natascha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In wunderschöner Lage am Dorfrand liegt das neu gebaute Haus mit grosszügig geschnittenen Wohnungen, die sehr modern mit allem, was man für einen tollen Urlaub benötigt, ausgestattet sind! Die freundliche unkomplizierte Vermieterin lässt mit ihrer herzlichen Gastfreundschaft keine Wünsche offen. Für Skifahrer gibt es im Keller extra Spinde, hinter dem Haus reichlich Parkplätze fürs Auto, das man am besten dort stehen lässt, denn im Ort und im Tal ist alles zu Fuss oder mit dem Skibus oder der Zillertalbahn bestens erreichbar. In a beautiful location on the edge of the village is the newly built house with spacious apartments that are very modern and equipped with everything you need for a great holiday! The friendly, uncomplicated landlady leaves nothing to be desired with her warm hospitality. For skiers there are extra lockers in the basement, behind the house there is plenty of parking space for the car, which is best left there, because everything in the village and in the valley is easily accessible on foot or with the ski bus or the Zillertalbahn.

Brandneue Appartements, alles durchdacht und alles da, modern und behaglich eingerichtet, beheizte Spinde für die Stiefel und Handschuhe, Parkplätze direkt vor dem Eingang, super entspannte Atmosphäre, Christine, die Eigentümerin kümmert sich herzlich und sehr fürsorglich um alles...die Appartements liegen zentral im kleinen Ort Stumm, in 3 Minuten ist man beim Lift, das Skigebiet ist vollkommen ausreichend, es gibt um die Ecke einen guten Supermarkt, also alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert. Brand new apartments, everything is well thought out and everything is there, modern and comfortably furnished, heated lockers for boots and gloves, parking spaces right in front of the entrance, super relaxed atmosphere, Christine, the owner, takes care of everything warmly and very caringly... the apartments are located Centrally located in the small town of Stumm, in 3 minutes you are at the lift, the ski area is perfectly adequate, there is a good supermarket around the corner, so all in all very recommendable.

Ein verschließbarer, beheizbarer Skischrank ist für jedes Apartment vorhanden. Drei top Skigebiete (Hochzillertal, Zillertalarena und Mayerhofen) sind einfach und schnell zu erreichen. Die Ski-Bushaltestelle liegt direkt neben dem Haus. We were looking for accommodation for our ski vacation. The apartment is as good as new. A lockable, heatable ski locker is available for each apartment. Three top ski areas (Hochzillertal, Zillertalarena and Mayerhofen) can be reached quickly and easily. The ski bus stop is right next to the house.

Im Skikeller befinden sich für jede Wohnung Spinde mit Skischuh- und Handschuhwärmern. Zum Skilift kommt man mit dem Auto in ca. 3 Minuten, es gibt aber auch eine Bushaltestelle in der Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, ebenso wie Bäcker, Metzger und Restaurants. Zudem ist die Begrüßung sehr herzlich gewesen und bei Problemen und Fragen war die Gastgeberin immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Der Umgang hier, war sehr familiär und warmherzig. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Urlaub und ein Wiedersehen! The apartments are in a new building and have been furnished with care and a lot of love. The ski lift can be reached by car in about 3 minutes, but there is also a bus stop nearby. Shops can be reached on foot in a few minutes, as can bakers, butchers and restaurants. In addition, the welcome was very warm and the hostess was always available and very helpful with problems and questions. The treatment here was very informal and warm-hearted. We are already looking forward to our next vacation and seeing you again!
