J	J Karate on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr freundliches Personal. Habe sehr schnell einen Termin bekommen und war überrascht wie schnell ich auch tatsächlich dran war. Dr. Hecht hat nicht sofort mit Medikamenten um sich geworfen wie man es normalerweise gewöhnt ist, sondern zugehört, gefragt ob ich schon Medikamente nehme etc. Behandlung war Top. Very friendly staff. I got an appointment very quickly and was surprised how quickly I was actually there. Dr. Hecht did not immediately throw medication around him as usual, but listened, asked if I was already taking medication etc. Treatment was great.
S	Stipo Kasalo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine der Assistentinnen war so sehr unfreundlich, dass ich mich dort nicht behandeln lassen habe. Ich war da weil mein Hausarzt im Urlaub war. Nachdem ich der Dame eine Frage gestellt habe, die sie nicht ganz verstanden hatte, fing sie an mit mir zu sprechen als ob ich ein kleines Kind wäre. Als ich sie darauf ansprach, wurde sie sogar noch unhöflicher und meinte, dass ich sie nicht verstanden hätte. So ganz im Sinne - es gibt ganz klar ein Missverständnis, aber es muss am Patienten liegen, bestimmt nicht an mir. Ich bin darauf hin gegangen und habe eine andere Ordination aufgesucht. One of the assistants was so unfriendly that I didn't get treatment there. I was there because my family doctor was on vacation. After I asked the lady a question she didn't quite understand, she started talking to me as if I was a little child. When I asked her about it, she became even more rude and said that I didn't understand her. So in the spirit - there is clearly a misunderstanding, but it must be the patient, certainly not me. I went there and went to another ordination.

Termine sind immer gut zu bekommen. I feel very well cared for here. Dr. Hecht is a very good listener, takes his time and makes a very competent and sensible impression. Appointments are always easy to get.
