★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider eine dieser viel- und oft-zitierten Abzocken bei Notfällen: Bei einem Akutnotfall wurde mir von der Telefonistin ein Pauschalpreis für die Arbeitsleistung (auch bei mehrmaligem Nachfragen!) zugesichert.
Als die Installateure da waren, wurde jedoch ein viel höherer Preis verrechnet. Grund: Mehr benötigte Arbeitszeit. Dies wurde im Telefonat verschwiegen. Die längere Arbeitszeit kam auch nur deshalb zu Stande, weil den Installateuren entsprechendes Werkzeug zur Reparatur fehlte und sie improvisieren musste.
Die Arbeitsleistung war insgesamt absolut in Ordnung, aber wenn man schlicht und ergreifend preislich belogen wird und damit noch dazu teurer aussteigt als bei den meisten anderen Anbietern, ist das ein absolutes No-Go.
Auf ein Nachfragen mittels E-Mail-Kontakt wurde nicht reagiert. Daher rate ich vom Graf Installationen ab, Sie können sich nicht verlassen, dass Angaben stimmen und Versprechen gehalten werden!
Unfortunately, one of those often-quoted rip-offs in emergencies: In the event of an acute emergency, the operator guaranteed me a flat rate for the work (even if I asked several times!).
When the plumbers arrived, however, a much higher price was charged. Reason: More working time required. This was not mentioned in the phone call. The longer working hours only came about because the installers lacked the appropriate tools for repairs and they had to improvise.
The overall work performance was absolutely okay, but if you are being lied to about the price and getting out more expensive than with most other providers, that's an absolute no-go.
There was no response to inquiries via email contact. I therefore advise against Graf Installations, you cannot be sure that the information is correct and that promises are kept!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe meine Thermenwartung von Graf Installationen durchführen lassen. Meine problemlos funktionierende Therme wurde als defekt und unreparierbar beschrieben. Es wurden mir für diesen Befund 126€ verrechnet, welche ich laut den Installateuren zurückbekommen würde wenn ich sie mit einem Thermentausch beauftrage. Dies habe ich auch gemacht, was ich sehr bereue. Das Geld habe ich nach mehreren Monaten und zahlreichen Anrufen und Emails und leeren Versprechen noch immer nicht zurückbekommen. Dazu kommt noch dass beim Thermeneinbau scheinbar gepfuscht wurde, der Rauchfangkehrer hat dies beanstanded und nun musste eine neue Installateursfirma beuftragt werden um die Fehler zu beheben. Ich fühle mich betrogen.
Update: Zumindest habe ich den oben genannten Betrag nun endlich rückerstattet bekommen, daher ein Stern mehr.
I had my thermal bath maintenance carried out by Graf Installations. My well-functioning thermal bath was described as defective and unrepairable. I was charged € 126 for this finding, which, according to the installers, I would get back if I asked them to replace the thermal bath. I did this too, which I very much regret. After several months and numerous calls and emails and empty promises I still haven't got the money back. In addition, the installation of the thermal baths has apparently been tampered with, the chimney sweeper has complained about this and now a new installation company had to be commissioned to fix the errors. I feel cheated.
Update: At least I have finally got the above amount refunded, hence one star more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicht zu empfehlen! Thermendeckel wurde im Laufe der Arbeiten beschädigt, Installateure wollten und konnten ihn nicht reparieren und taten so, als ob das schon so gewesen wäre. Da kamen Ausdrücke wie „ Oider wirklich jetzt?!?“ und mega langes und unhöfliches seufzen. Als ob ich mir das augedacht hätte. Als ich den Herren dann ein „Vorher“ Bild zeigte, an dem zu sehen war, dass das Teil vorher noch funktionnierte, kam auf einmal kein Wort mehr und sie reparierten es zufällig sofort. Eine Frechheit! Das ist keine Art mit zahlenden Kunden umzugehen! Ich habe danach noch mehrmals angerufen, weil ich mit dem Chef sprechen wollte. Nach 3 Anrufen innerhalb einer Woche, war der Chef nie erfeichbar und hat mich auch nicht zurückgerufen. Nein Danke, werde nächstes Mal woanders anrufen.

That's no way to deal with paying customers! I called several times after that because I wanted to speak to the boss. After 3 calls within a week, the boss was never reachable and didn't call me back. No thanks, will call somewhere else next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe die Firma angerufen weil mein Gaskonvektor nicht funktioniert hat. Die Installateure sind gekommen und haben mir die Information erteilt dass das kaputt sei.
Für diese Information, haben sie mir 200 euro im Rechnung gestellt.
Eine andere Firma hat die Wartung gemacht und ich habe jetzt schon wieder Wärme zu Hause.
Die 200 Euro (oder zmd. ein Anteil), habe ich nie zurück bekommen
Nicht fair, nicht empfehlenswert!!!!!!!

Another company did the maintenance and I already have warmth at home again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rohrverstopfung schnell und professionell gelöst. Freundliches, kompetentes Personal. Ein Stern Abzug, da der Preis mit 540 EUR für 25 Minuten Arbeit (und 45 min Anfahrt) gefühlsmäßig sehr hoch ist, auch an einem Sonntag.
Pipe clogging resolved quickly and professionally. Friendly, competent staff. A star deduction, because the price of EUR 540 for 25 minutes of work (and 45 minutes of travel) is emotionally very high, even on a Sunday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katastrophe!! sind am Wochenende gekommen, haben 190 Euro verlangt, waren nicht mal 10 Minuten da und konnten den Fehler der Therme nicht beheben! haben nur gesagt: da können wir nichts machen...Vorsicht!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vorsicht: Telefonisch vereinbarte Pauschalpreise werden nicht eingehalten und der endgültige Preis liegt deutlich über dem vereinbarten Angebot - sogar teurer als beim original Herstellerwerksdienst.
Kann durchaus ihre Masche sein, so mehr Geld zu verdienen. Ich werde sie jedenfalls nie wieder beauftragen und keine Empfehlung an Bekannte/Freunde weitergeben.
Die glauben, dass die Leute sich nicht auskennen und die Preise für den Aufwand nicht kennen. Nicht mit mir.
