Definitely worth a visit or shopping !!! The staff are all very friendly and the advice and assortment are also great! All in all a great shop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Austattung ist gut. Wobei das Personal das schlechteste in ganz innspruck ist. Der Mitarbeiter war total unfreundlich. Auserdem wurden wir beleidigt weil wir Deutsch sind. Ich habe eine einfache Frage gestellt und wurde angeschnaunzt... Schlechtester Verkäufer ever
Equipment is good. Where the staff is the worst in innspruck. The staff was totally unfriendly. We were also offended because we are German. I asked a simple question and was scolded ... Worst seller ever

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was manche hier schreiben kann ich absolut nicht nachvollziehen. Ich bin FAN vom Cuprum 29. Tolle Auswahl und ein Verkäufer der wirklich ausgezeichnet beratet und an dem Wohl des Kunden interessiert ist. Weiter so und absolut empfehlenswert :)
What some write here I can not understand. I am FAN from the Cuprum 29. Great selection and a seller who really excellent advice and is interested in the well-being of the customer. Keep it up and absolutely recommendable :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War gestern dort, obwohl ich laut und deutlich gegrüßt habe wurde ich nicht beachtet, hätte eine Beratung gebraucht, leider war die Dame mit ihrem Handy zu beschäftigt, ich war sicher 10 Minuten dort! Auch ein anderen Kunden wurde erst wahrgenommen als er direkt vor ihr gestanden ist! Ich denke bei dem Überangebot an solchen Läden müsste man etwas kundenorientierter sein!
Der Laden selbst ist total ansprechend und das Angebot sehr gut!
Was there yesterday, although I said hello loudly and clearly, I was ignored, needed advice, unfortunately the lady was too busy with her cell phone, I was there for 10 minutes for sure! Another customer was only noticed when he was standing in front of her! I think with the oversupply of such shops you would have to be a bit more customer-oriented!
The shop itself is very appealing and the range is very good!
