B	Bestone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wollten gestern noch bei Ihnen Hosen kaufen, aber sowas von unfreundlichen und nicht hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiterinnen habe ich selten gesehen, eine Mitarbeiterin stand direkt vor mir und starrte mich ohne Worte an wo ich ich dann sagte Hallo kamm nur Hein He Keine Ahnung wiwer bei ihnen die Mitarbeiter schult oder führt aber das sollten sie sich nochmals überlegen ob die Person die richtige für den Posten ist.... Yesterday I wanted to buy pants from you, but I have rarely seen anything from unfriendly and unhelpful female employees, a female employee was standing right in front of me and stared at me without words where I said hello, only Hein He came I have no idea how you train or lead the employees, but you should think again whether the person is the right one for the job ....

Die Jeans sind sehr teuer aber auch qualitativ hochwertig, die Tshirts und Pullis eher einfallslos und langweilig. Dieser Store hat zwar eine Große Auswahl und versucht mit neuen Styles zu überzeugen, erreicht dabei aber meiner Meinung nach noch nicht viel. Ein Beweis dafür dürfte wohl der dauerhafte Sale sein, der nun schon mehr als 1 Jahr andauert. I'm not a big fan of the brand for 2 years, when the big hype broke out. The jeans are very expensive but also high quality, the tshirts and sweaters rather unimaginative and boring. Although this store has a large selection and tries to convince with new styles, but in my opinion does not reach much. Proof of this is probably the permanent sale, which has now lasted more than 1 year.

Die zwei damen die hier arbeiten waren nicht richtig interessiert in ihre kunden. Wir haben uns Selbst geholfen. Als wir Wolten abrechnen hat sie auf das label gekuckt ( darauf stand € 69.95) aber ohne uns zu informieren € 79.95 auf die kassa Angegeben. Wenn ich reklamierte hat die gesagt das es ein fehler war. Naturlich kann das. Aber dann soll mann excuse machen und nicht sneaky den kunde misleiten. Darauf kamm der cheffin und sagte das wir nicht verpflichtet waren die hoody zu kaufen!! Ik hab abgerechnet weil es fur mein Son war. Die beide damen wollten nicht mehr mit mir reden und wenn ich ein tasche gefragt habe hat sie die andere kant auf gekuckt. Die cheffin war schon verschwunden. Unverschämt, ein ander wort ist nicht da!! Die beide damen sollten nicht in ein Levi’s Store arbeiten durfen, schade. We bought a hoody for our son on Thursday, July 16, 2020 (Levi’s shop Rathaus Gallerien). The two women who work here were not really interested in their customers. We have helped ourselves. When we settled Wolten she looked at the label (it said € 69.95) but without informing us € 79.95 on the cash register. When I complained she said it was a mistake. Of course it can. But then you should do excuse and not sneaky mislead the customer. Then came the cheffin and said that we were not obliged to buy the hoody !! I did the accounting because it was for my son. The two ladies didn't want to talk to me anymore and when I asked a bag she looked over the other one. The cheffin was already gone. Shameless, another word is not there !! The two women shouldn't be allowed to work in a Levi's store, too bad.
L	Li Sa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Storemanagerin ist etwas überheblich und auch teils unfreundlich. Wenn man nicht ihrer Meinung, wird sie „patzig“. The store manager is a bit arrogant and sometimes unfriendly. If you don't think so, she'll be "snotty".

The first was very friendly and let us carry on looking as we knew which styles we were looking for. The second employee who approached us one minute later was very aggressive in manner, she was incredibly rude when we took the correct size from the shelf ourselves. It is helpful to offer assistance but her poor attitude was unnecessary. She made the experience uncomfortable and I am unsure if I would go to this store again.
