E	Edith Bauer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich verstehe, dass einige Kunden ihren Frust abhauen möchten und somit eine schlechte Bewertung schreiben, aber viele vergessen hierbei wohl oft, dass VerkäuferInnen auch nur Menschen sind, die nicht unentwegt von einer Backe zur anderen strahlen, während KundInnen fordernd Druck aufbauen und die Situation für beide Parteien unnötig erschweren. Auch wissen wohl viele nicht, was für Umkosten ein Unternehmen erzeugt und dass nicht alles nur 1€ kostet. Ich komme regelmäßig zu den beiden Damen und bin immer wieder auf neue überrascht, was die beiden für mich in angemessener Zeit erzeugen können, sei es nun Flyer, Visitenkarten oder auch Geschenke für meine Liebsten. Qualität, gute Kundenbetreuung und Schnelligkeit haben ihren Preis, welcher hier mehr als moderat ist. Man muss nur rechtzeitig kommen und selbst die Wörter “Bitte” und “Danke” in seinem Sprachgebrauch einbauen und man wird hier mehr als bestens bedient. I understand that some customers want to chop off their frustration and thus write a bad review, but many often forget that salespeople are only people who do not constantly shine from one cheek to the other, while customers build up pressure and the situation for make both parties unnecessarily difficult. Also many do not know what kind of additional costs a company generates and that not everything only costs 1 €. I come to the two ladies regularly and am always surprised at what the two of them can produce for me in a reasonable time, be it flyers, business cards or gifts for my loved ones. Quality, good customer service and speed have their price, which is more than moderate here. You just have to come in time and incorporate the words “Please” and “Thank you” into your language and you will be more than well served here.

She blamed me for it and started shouting at me when I asked for help. She ignored me and told me to print it by myself with the machine and refused to help when asked it. Which is her job by the way. I tried to stay calm and kindly reminded her shop’s name is “Printshop” and I am here to print some paper… She was very rude. She will be very mad if you waste 1 second of her precious time… I will never go here again!!
