Da ich auch überlegt habe, die Wohnung privat zu verkaufen, wurde mir von Herrn Bernd sofort per Mail bestätigt, dass eine erste Bewertung garantiert kostenlos und unverbindlich ist. Nach einer raschen Terminvereinbarung hat mich Herr Bernd sehr freundlich und kompetent beraten und mir unaufdringlich die Vor- und Nachteile eines privaten Verkaufs bzw. dem Verkauf über einen Makler dargelegt. Ich habe mich dann sehr rasch für einen Verkauf über Kostner Immobilien entschieden.
