D	DV L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe mich dummerweise an den Fachhandel wenden wollen, um Flecken auf den Henkeln meiner Ledertasche zu entfernen. Ich habe mein Problem geschildert und hab trotzdem als einziges Produkt ein Pflegemittel empfohlen bekommen. Dreimal bei der Angestellten nachgefragt, ob das Flecken wirklich entfernt. Antwort: "Ja, sicher. Wir verwenden das auch." Nachdem das Produkt - wie erwartet - absolut nichts bewirkt hat, wollte ich es zurückgeben, verwendet hatte ich ein Wattestäbchen voll. Antwort: "Auf keinen Fall. Sie haben das Mittel benutzt." Ich hab dann die volle Flasche (das Produkt war nicht versiegelt) verärgert dort gelassen und kann nur jedem abraten, bei diesem "Fachbetrieb" zu kaufen. Und ich bin mir sicher, der nächste Idiot erwirbt dann die von mir bezahlte Flasche. Gute Geschäfte gegen miese Beratung und absolute Kundenunfreundlichkeit. Stupidly I wanted to contact a specialist retailer to remove stains from the handles of my leather bag. I described my problem and still was the only product that was recommended a care product. Asked the staff three times whether the stains really removed. Answer: "Yes, sure. We use that too." After the product - as expected - had absolutely no effect, I wanted to return it and used a cotton swab full of it. Answer: "No way. You used the remedy." I then angrily left the full bottle (the product was not sealed) there and can only advise everyone against buying from this "specialist company". And I'm sure the next idiot will buy the bottle I paid for. Good deals against bad advice and absolute customer unfriendliness.
