Wenn ich einen Artikel kaufe und dort steht das er Liefernbar ist (vom 8. Dezember) dann erwarte ich mir das er bis Weihnachten da ist. Und nicht wie laut neuer Lieferzeit Angabe erst im Feber! Gekauft wurde übrigens über shöpping.at. Unfortunately, the requested item was not delivered, a new delivery time has already been specified twice. If I buy an item and it says that it can be delivered (from December 8th) then I expect it to be there by Christmas. And not like the new delivery time information in February! Incidentally, purchases were made via shöpping.at.

Dann kommen nach Wochen von Comstern.at Aufforderungen und Mahnungen für eine bereits bezahlte Ware zu bezahlen.!!! Unfortunately no good experience. The delivery took over 1 week despite express delivery and the corresponding surcharge. Then after a few weeks Comstern.at will send requests and reminders to pay for goods that have already been paid for. !!!

Lieferung war prompt und früher als erwartet angekommen. Auch an dem Gerät konnte ich keine Mängel feststellen. Spitzen Firma! Danke! The man on the phone was very helpful and friendly, answered all my questions and even researched this radio on the internet. Delivery arrived promptly and earlier than expected. I couldn't find any defects in the device either. Great company! Thanks!

Leider war auch dann die Freude nur kurz, denn der gelieferte Artikel ist aufgrund des auftretenden Fehlers lt. Hersteller defekt. Die Reaktionszeit auf Mails ist alles andere als kundenfreundlich, telefonisch kann mir auch nicht weitergeholfen werden. Vermutlich müsse ich den Artikel zurücksenden bevor man mir weiterhelfen kann. Davor solle ich mal auf ein Mail warten, denn dieser "manuelle Prozess" nimmt etwas Zeit in Anspruch. Hätte ich mir nur vorab die Rezensionen durchgelesen, dann hätte ich nie hier bestellt. Lasst die Finger davon, der Kundenservice ist echt letztklassig. Jetzt hab ich den Salat. I ordered a Synology NAS on November 11th, which took over a week to be delivered. Unfortunately, even then, the joy was short-lived, because according to the manufacturer, the delivered item is defective due to the error that occurred. The response time to emails is anything but customer-friendly, and I cannot be helped on the phone either. I will probably have to send the item back before anyone can help me. Before that I should wait for an email, because this "manual process" takes some time. If I had only read the reviews beforehand, I would never have ordered here. Keep your hands off it, the customer service is really last class. Now I have the salad.

Das Unternehmen ist zwar auf geizhals.at gelistet, die Beschreibung der dort gelisteten Produkte stimmt jedoch mit der Realität und dem Webshop von ComStern nicht überein. Zudem keine Kulanz bei der Kostenübernahme bei der Rücksendung, trotz Aufmerksam machen bez. des oben geannten Sachverhalts. Nie wieder. Wollte mal ein Österreichisches Unternehmen stärken, aber wenn hier so gearbeitet wird, dann bleibt nur Amazon. missing The company is listed on geizhals.at, but the description of the products listed there does not match reality and ComStern's web shop. M	Markus P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bestellte Ware wird seit November nicht versendet. Obwohl auch schon öfters im Lager verfügbar zu einem fast doppelt so hohen Preis allerdings... Ständig wird man nur vertröstet zu letzt wurde gemeint das ich auf Kulanz irgendwann in Wochen eine bekommen kann... Aber Hauptsache direkt bei der Bestellung das Geld kassieren. Ihr braucht mir hier auch nicht wieder mit bla bla kommen wie schon bei den E-Mail. Ich weiß es selbst schon das ihr es nie liefert und nur leere Versprechungen macht.
