★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider teilweise keine kompetenten Mitarbeiter, die fähig sind eine Türe lt. Zeichnung zu bestellen. Fehler werden dann auf den Privatkunden abgeschoben mit dem Argument, man habe den Kaufvertrag ja so unterschrieben und müsse selber wissen ob das so richtig ist. Lösung Kunde übernimmt die Mehrkosten.
Mein Fazit ein "Fachhändler" wo vom Kunden mehr Kompetenz erwartet wird als ich mir vom Verkäufer erwarten darf, kann ich mir sparen.
Unfortunately, sometimes there are no competent employees who are able to order a door according to the drawing. Errors are then passed on to private customers with the argument that they have signed the sales contract and need to know for themselves whether that is the right thing to do. Solution The customer pays the additional costs.
My conclusion as a "specialist dealer" where more competence is expected from the customer than I can expect from the seller, I can save myself.
