★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Support (shopimore) angeblich telefonisch erreichbar - da kommt generell immer nur, dass man außerhalb der Zeiten anruft, was nicht stimmt. Per Mail auch keine Antwort. Wiederholt auftretende verschiedene technische Probleme werden nicht gelöst, Anfragen prinzipiell ignoriert. Wollte unlängst eine Zahlungsmethode dazu anmelden, seit Tagen keine Antwort auf mein Mail. Die Shopgebühren werden pünktlich in Rechnung gestellt, das funktioniert noch.
Support (shopimore) allegedly available by phone - the only thing that always comes up is that you call outside of the hours, which is not true. No answer by mail either. Various technical problems that occur repeatedly are not resolved, inquiries are generally ignored. Recently wanted to register a payment method, no response to my mail for days. The shop fees are billed on time, that still works.
