★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach Erstbesprechung lange Pause angesetzt(Rauchen), Versicherungsbestätigung wurde sofort von meiner Versicherung übermittelt. Danach wieder eine Wartezeit, da andere Personen vorgezogen wurden. Und abschließend wurde beim Gehen mein Gruß nicht erwidert. Zusätzlich wurde ein Problem erörtert, daß nicht vorhanden war. Umgang mit Kunden ist noch sehr verbesserungswürdig.
After the first meeting, a long break was scheduled (smoking), my insurance company immediately sent the confirmation of insurance. Then another waiting period, as other people were brought forward. And finally, when I left, my greeting was not returned. In addition, a problem was discussed that did not exist. Dealing with customers is still very much in need of improvement.
