Mit der Quittung über die restlichen 3.300 sollte ich in den nächsten Tagen wieder kommen. Nach zehn Tagen kam ich mit besagter Quittung ins Geschäft. Hr. Schwaighofer meinte mir kein Geld mehr geben zu können, weil zwei kleine Goldketten nicht echt seien. Eine Kette davon gehörte mir nicht mal (Fotobeweis). Für die zweite Kette waren 300 € vereinbart. Auf meinen Vorschlag die 300 € abzuziehen fing er zu schreien an, wir seien Betrüger und sollten das Geschäft verlassen. Erst nach langen Diskussion bezahlte er die 3.000 € aus und beschimpfte uns weiterhin. Eine Kette für die er mir 1.800€ ausbezahlt hat, liegt schon in seiner Auslage für 6.900€. Wirklich erschreckend solche Vorgehensweisen! I am shaken. I sold jewelry worth around € 10,000 for € 8,300. I was paid € 5,000. With the receipt for the remaining 3,300 I should come back in the next few days. After ten days I came to the store with the receipt. Mr. Schwaighofer thought I could no longer give me money because two small gold chains were not real. I didn't even own a chain of it (photo evidence). 300 € was agreed for the second chain. At my suggestion to subtract the € 300, he started screaming that we were cheaters and should leave the shop. Only after a long discussion did he pay the € 3,000 and continued to abuse us. A chain for which he paid me 1,800 € is already in his display for 6,900 €. Such approaches really terrifying!
