Es wird auf den Kunden eingegangen und man hat für ihn Zeit. Hier fühlt man sich wirklich wohl und gut aufgehoben. Wer eine schöne Uhr kaufen will, wird hier bestens bedient. Sehr empfehlenswert. Very nice watches in a medium to high price range. Very friendly and competent staff. Very, very good advice. The customer is dealt with and there is time for him. Here you really feel comfortable and in good hands. If you want to buy a beautiful watch, you are well served here. Highly recommended.
C	Cong Chen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hatte meine Hermès Uhr zum Akku Wechsel hingebracht. Als ich meine Uhr zurückbekommen hatte, entdeckte ich einen Kratzer auf der Rückseite des Gehäuses. Einer der Mitarbeiter hat behauptet, dass der Kratzer vom normalen Gebrauch wäre obwohl ich mit Foto beweisen kann dass ich die Uhr tadellos am vorigen Tag abgeben hatte. Schließlich hat er zugegeben dass der Schaden durch den Schraubenzieher vom öffnen des Gehäuses verursacht werden könnte. Mit dieser Erfahrung bin ich sehr verärgert und enttäuscht. Zwar hat er angeboten den Kratzer auszupolieren aber da ich kein Vertrauen mehr habe, wurde das Angebot abgelehnt. I had brought my Hermès watch over to change the battery. When I got my watch back, I discovered a scratch on the back of the case. One of the employees claimed that the scratch was from normal use, although I can prove with a photo that I had returned the watch in perfect condition the previous day. Eventually, he admitted that the screwdriver damage could be caused by opening the case. I am very upset and disappointed with this experience. He offered to polish off the scratch, but since I no longer have any confidence, the offer was refused.
