He always carefully listen to you and thanks to that is capable to match your true needs! Besides he is s extremely nice person, maintaining a friendly relationship with the customer. Bearing in mind, that Clever&Sporty offers you the best prices for both sales and hiring of the equimpment, I highly recommend to visit them and to be serviced there!!!???

Amazing that these guys are in customer service roles when their first reactions are to yell to customer and threat to call the police. When you rent sport equipment, you can’t eliminate the chance of running into problems (and overprized insurance policies with 100€ co-pay are just a ridiculously bad deal), but you should seek to do business with rental companies that handle issues with professionalism and with respect towards the customer. This was definitely not the case with Clever&Sporty.
A	Antti Gloersen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented skis from Clever and Sporty for a few days. One of the rented skis snapped broken in the middle of the run, resulting in a dangerous situation. At the rental return the customer service turned out very aggressive and threatening. In total, very bad customer service and rental skis in rather questionable condition. I would not want to risk my future holidays for an injury, just because some companies rent cheap and then use customer's misfortune to replace their skis. Bad. Not recommended.

The bindings were changed but they were not very interested about the bad product and I am pretty sure they will rent it to a next customer. Overall impression is that in case of any kind of problems you are on your own.

They even kept our walking boots safe so we could get straight out skiing without having to return to the hotel to drop the boots off.
