Beide Kolleginnen lautstark am Lästern (über die Kunden und vor den Kunden) und von der eigenen Ware keine Ahnung! Unfreundlich gegenüber Kunden. Ich werde dort sicher nicht mehr einkaufen in dieser Filiale!!! It's a shame that such a nice shop, with rude and incompetent staff, is damaging its own business. Both colleagues loudly gossip (about the customers and in front of the customers) and have no idea about their own goods! Unfriendly to customers. I will definitely not be shopping in this branch again!

Die angestellten dachten dass ich und meine Freundinnen etwas stehlen wollten obwohl dass natürlich nicht stimmt. Dass lästern war SEHR auffällig und respektlos. Um ehrlich zu sein war es eine von den schlimmsten und unangenehmsten shopping-erfahrungen. Ihr solltet neue Mitarbeiter finden den so verliert ihr Kunden, ich werde meinen ganzen Freundeskreis davon erzählen damit sie da nicht mehr einkaufen. Das Personal sollte gefeuert werden… The employees are very mean and gossip about customers. I'll never be back, didn't feel welcome at all. The employees thought that my friends and I were trying to steal something, although of course that's not true. That gossip was VERY blatant and disrespectful. It was one of the worst and most uncomfortable shopping experiences to be honest. You should find new employees because that's how you lose customers, I'll tell my whole circle of friends about it so they don't shop there anymore. The staff should be fired...

Was ich außerdem als erwähnenswert empfinde, ist dass das Lokal viel zu klein ist, für so ein Geschäft welches so vielfältig beschmückt ist. Daher kommt schließlich die 1/5 Bewertung. The staff are really rude. They gossip about the customers, and it's pretty hard to feel comfortable while shopping. What I also find worth mentioning is that the restaurant is far too small for a shop that is decorated in such a variety of ways. Hence the 1/5 rating.

Bought some in a hurry last Saturday because of the COVID restrictions where they only allowed 2 customers at a time. Then a girl blatantly walked in to rush me (after I spent over half an hour waiting in the line) so I grabbed whatever I didn’t exactly want or need. I went back to return the stuff for a voucher today, in the hope that I can shop in peace online at home. Specifically I asked the shop assistant if the voucher can be used online and she said yes. And guess what! It’s not applicable for the web store. It’s 2021 (and on top of the pandemic), Claire‘s. You should maybe try to keep up with the world. I also called the stores beforehand to see if I can get a voucher to shop online, none of their staff knew how things actually work. Do better in EDUCATING your staffers. If they’re going to show up at work with an attitude at least they should do so with certain knowledges. I’ll use whatever money on the voucher and be done with you. Bye, Claire‘s!
