★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider nicht zu empfehlen. Ich war bisher trotzdem häufig dort, weil ich bei diesem Copy-Shop oft vorbeikomme. Die Mitarbeiter sind aber leider jedes Mal sehr unfreundlich. Sie ignorieren einen meist, wenn man zur Tür hereinkommt, reagieren nicht auf "Auf Wiedersehen" und fragen nicht, ob man Hilfe braucht. Wenn Sie einem helfen, dann scheint es meistens so als würden sie es ungern tun. Kassieren nicht von selbst ab, wenn man an der Kassa steht, obwohl sie gerade frei sind. Daher muss man auch häufig warten und es dauert lange. Wirklich jedes Mal sehr unfreundlich.
Unfortunately not to be recommended. I have been there a lot anyway, because I often stop by this copy shop. Unfortunately, the employees are very unfriendly every time. They usually ignore you when you walk in the door, don't say goodbye, and don't ask if you need help. Most of the time, when you help someone out, they seem reluctant to do it. Do not collect by yourself when you are at the cash desk, even though they are currently available. Therefore, you often have to wait and it takes a long time. Really very unfriendly every time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customers are not realy served in order and the staff seems pretty relaxed. Plan a few more minutes if you are in a hurry. On the other hand the selection seems pritty big.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is cheaper than others and uncomplicated. If you are a person looking for a few print outs or copies this place is the best. You don't have to sign up or pay any strange fees like at some other places I've been to nearby. If you email them your documents ahead of time, they will print everything out for you and it is ready when you come pick it up!

However, after searching I found here and I went today to print some documents. The lady who helped me was very nice and the prices was reasonable.
