S	Sam Sung on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bestimmte Rezessionen sind mir wirklich schleierhaft. Wenn ich könnte würde ich 10 Sterne vergeben. Ein tolles, einfühlsames Team und ein ausgezeichneter Arzt geht mit den doch tiefer gehenden Untersuchungen, im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes, sehr professionell um. Die Corona Zeit hat natürlich auch Einschränkungen die Mann, bzw. Frau, einfach berücksichtigen (und einsehen) muss. Meckern hilft hier nicht wirklich weiter, ich kann nur sagen, weiter so. Certain recessions are really a mystery to me. If I could I would give it 10 stars. A great, empathetic team and an excellent doctor handle the more in-depth examinations, in the truest sense of the word, very professionally. The Corona time of course also has restrictions that men or women simply have to take into account (and see). Grumbling doesn't really help here, I can only say keep it up.
T	Thomas Balogh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War dort zur Gastro .Personal und der Arzt sind sehr nett.alles ging klaglos über die Bühne.möchte nicht sagen das es ein Vergnügen war aber daran kann keiner was dafür.Termin war auch schnell und ich kam pünktlich dran. Was there for the gastro. The staff and the doctor are very nice. Everything went smoothly. I don't want to say that it was a pleasure but nobody can help it. The appointment was quick and I got it on time.

Schickt eine alte Dame mit einem Termin fort und behandelt sie nicht, nachdem sie den für sie beschwerlichen Weg in die Ordination aufsich genommen hat. Sehr unmenschlich!!! Noch dazu hebt hier kaum jemand vom Telefon ab. Werde diesen Vorfall melden, zum Glück sind wir sehr gut Vernetzt. Wir raten allen Patienten ab diese Ordination aufzusuchen. Eine bodenlose Frechheit!!!!! Respektlosigkeit vom Feinsten!! Und ich bin normal nicht leicht zu verärgern, dies muss ich noch anmerken. 1 star is still way too much here !!!!! Send an old lady away with an appointment and not treat her after she has taken the arduous path to the ordination. Very inhuman !!! In addition, hardly anyone picks up the phone here. Will report this incident, luckily we are very well connected. We advise against all patients to visit this ordination. A bottomless cheek !!!!! Disrespect at its best !! And normally I'm not easily angry, I have to say that.
S	Stefanie Graf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolut liebevolles und kompetentes Team! Die Assistentin draussen, absolut nett und für einen schmäh zum haben. Der Arzt und seine Gehilfin, auch sehr nett. Alles läuft ruhig ab..konnte bei meiner Gastroskopie (ohne Narkose) am Monitor mitschauen und der Arzt hat mir alles in Ruhe erklärt. Immer wieder gerne. Absolutely loving and competent team! The assistant outside, absolutely nice and disgraceful for you to have. The doctor and his assistant, also very nice. Everything runs smoothly ... was able to watch my gastroscopy (without anesthesia) on the monitor and the doctor explained everything to me in peace. Always my pleasure.
E	Endor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Musste wegen akuten Beschwerden die Ordination besuchen. Trotz hohem Patientenaufkommen und schwierigen Gesprächen vor mir in der Schlange (ich hätte einen, also 20% davon, sofort von der Ordination verwiesen wegen ungebührlichen Verhaltens) war die Dame am Empfang sehr freundlich und einfühlsam - ist mir sehr wichtig bei diesen sensiblen Beschwerden. Der Arzt war auch sehr kompetent und pragmatisch (Möglichkeiten aufgezeigt und eine gute Lösung angeboten), ist ein guter Analytiker. Die Assistentin arbeitet auch sehr angenehm, da war die Versorgung sehr viel schmerzhafter bei demselben Problem im Spital. Werde dort auf jeden Fall wieder hingehen - ich danke dem Personal für die gute Betreuung (von vorne bis hinten;-) Had to visit the ordination because of acute complaints. Despite the high number of patients and difficult conversations in front of me in the queue (I would have expelled one of them, i.e. 20% of them, immediately from the ordination for improper behavior), the receptionist was very friendly and empathetic - is very important to me with these sensitive complaints. The doctor was also very competent and pragmatic (indicated possibilities and offered a good solution), is a good analyst. The assistant also works very pleasantly, so the care was much more painful for the same problem in the hospital. Will definitely go there again - I thank the staff for the good care (from front to back ;-)

Hr.Dr. Miklos und seine Assistentin haben diese kleine Operation mit sehr viel Einfühlungsvermögen und Professionalität durchgeführt. Vielen Dank! Ich kann Hrn. P	Pinar Olgun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe heute einen Termin gehabt, und bin als Begleitperson mit meiner Mutter gegangen, die kaum Deutsch kann. Als wir die Ordination betraten, wurden wir statt von der Sekretärin begrüßt zu werden gefragt ‚hobsn a termin heit‘. Anschließend wurde uns klar gemacht, dass wir die Gastroskopie ohne Narkose haben, wobei wir uns dachten dass es sehrwohl mit ist. Die vorurteilige Vermutung von der Sekretärin, warum meine Mutter die Gastroskopie ohne Narkose hat, war, dass es 120€ kosten würde und sie deswegen darauf verzichtet habe. Jedoch war es nur ein unfreundlicher Vorwurf von ihr. Über den Doktor kann ich nichts sagen, aber als wir meinten, dann soll die Gastroskopie an einem anderen Tag mit Narkose gemacht werden, meinte der Arzt laut Sekräterin, dass es heute ohne Narkose ist oder wir wo anders hingehen sollen. Naja.. sprachlos I had an appointment today and went with my mother, who hardly speaks German, to accompany me. When we entered the surgery, instead of being greeted by the secretary, we were asked 'hobsn a termin heit'. It was then made clear to us that we would have the gastroscopy without anesthesia, although we thought it would be fine. The secretary's prejudiced guess as to why my mother had the gastroscopy without anesthesia was that it would cost €120 and that's why she decided against it. However, it was just an unkind reproach from her. I can't say anything about the doctor, but when we said that the gastroscopy should be done on another day with anesthesia, according to the secretary, the doctor said that today is without anesthesia or we should go somewhere else. Well.. speechless
C	Chrissi Kuki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte heute 03.03.2022, einen seit längerem vereinbarten Termin. Komme hin und stehe vor verschlossenen Türen. Wegen Krankheit geschlossen! Offensichtlich wollte sich niemand in die Praxis begeben und den Patienten absagen. Corona entschuldigt nicht alles! Interessant wäre, wie die Ordination reagiert wenn man selbst nicht absagt. Wie auch immer war noch nicht bei ihm und geh auch nicht mehr zu ihm. Zum Glück gibt es auch andere gute Chirurgen in Wien ;-)) Today, March 3rd, 2022, had an appointment that had been arranged for a long time. Come and stand in front of closed doors. Closed due to illness! Apparently no one wanted to go into the practice and refuse the patient. Corona doesn't excuse everything! It would be interesting how the ordination reacts if you don't cancel yourself. Whatever hasn't been with him yet and don't go to him anymore. Luckily there are also other good surgeons in Vienna ;-))
