In meiner Zeit im Krankenhaus habe ich mich ebenfalls bestens betreut gefühlt. Er kam mich des Öfteren besuchen, rief per Telefon an, um zu fragen, wie es mir geht und kümmerte sich stets um mich. Eine bessere Betreuung hätte ich mir nicht wünschen können. Auch das Nähte ziehen in seiner Ordination lief reibungslos ab und er beantwortete mir alle restlichen Fragen. Auch als ich danach noch Fragen hatte, schrieb ich ihm per WhatsApp und es kam binnen Sekunden eine Antwort! So einen Arzt gibt es nicht oft! Ich bin froh Herrn OA Dr. Rötzer gefunden zu haben und gäbe es mehr Sterne als diese 5, hätte er sie verdient!! Seldom has a doctor looked after me like this! Im Spital war er für mich erreichbar und hat auch persönlich Visite gemacht. Absolute Empfehlung! Er hat sich als absoluter Glücksfall für mich erwiesen und mir dieses Ding sehr professionell entfernt. Nimmt sich viel Zeit für seine Patienten und es entsteht durch seine humorvolle und unaufgeregte Art eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre. Kurz gesagt, man fühlt sich rundum gut aufgehoben und versorgt. Doch letztes Monat bin ich über das Onlineportal auf die Ordination Dr.Rötzer aufmerksam geworden. Ich habe sehr kurzfristig einen Termin und eine Sprechstunde vereinbaren können. (da wurde ich in Anbetracht der aktuellen Corona-Situation) sehr freundlich und verständnisvoll Empfangen. So gut wie keine Wartezeit und Herr Dr. Rötzer hat sich ausreichend Zeit für die Untersuchung und anschließende Beratung genommen. Das Problem wurde auch gefunden und ein nächst möglicher operativer Termin vereinbart-Problem behoben! ein sehr kompetenter und freundlicher Arzt. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und wirklich dankbar, eine so tolle Praxis gefunden zu haben. Nur zum empfehlen. Vielen Dank für die schnelle Hilfe. But last month I became aware of the Dr. Rötzer practice via the online portal. I was able to make an appointment and a consultation at very short notice. (I was received very friendly and understanding in view of the current Corona situation). Almost no waiting time and Dr. Rötzer took enough time for the examination and subsequent consultation. The problem was also found and a next possible operative date agreed-problem solved! a very competent and kind doctor. I am very satisfied and really grateful to have found such a great practice.
