★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eigentlich "war" es bis Corona meine Lieblings trafik! Nur keine Ahnung was nun abgeht! Ur unfreundlich mein Hund darf nicht mehr rein(hat die trafik immer freudig wedelnd betreten und da war auch noch Leckerli drinnen für sie).
Mitarbeiter hatten stets ein Lächeln parat und waren um mich, als Kunde, auch bemüht.
Nur jetzt, nichts mehr.
Aber bin ich froh, daß es in Wien, so gut wie an jeder Ecke eine Trafik gibt.
 It actually "was" my favorite tobacco shop until Corona! Just have no idea what's going on now! Ur unfriendly, my dog is not allowed in anymore (always waving happily when entering the tobacconist's shop and there were also treats inside for her).
Employees always had a smile ready and made an effort to look after me as a customer.
Only now, nothing more.
But I am glad that there is a tobacco shop on almost every corner in Vienna.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Äußerst unhöflich geworden!! Das Personal ist gar nicht mehr um seine Kunden bemüht und die Auswahl der Artikel wird immer weniger!!
Also kann ich niemandem raten diese Trafik zu besuchen !!
Became extremely rude !! The staff is no longer interested in their customers and the selection of items is becoming less and less !!
So I can't advise anyone to visit this tobacco shop !!

Es sind alle immer sehr nett, auch zu meinen Sohn!!!
I absolutely cannot understand the negative reviews. There has never been anyone unfriendly to me, regardless of whether the boss or the employee.
Everyone is always very nice, including my son!
