s	stephane Vorasane on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cancellation policy a rip off if you book within 30days and you make a mistake in the booking they charge you 50% even after calling them 1h after. I call the activity provider and they had no issue canceling with no fees but they could not do anything as it was book via check yeti, so they are charging half of the price doing nothing. A disgrace will never use this service again and will greatly discourage any one using them just go directly to the activity provider as they are more understanding and there is no advantage going through that site except getting stolen!!!!!

They offer easy cancellation options should things unfortunately go wrong (very possible with the current pandemic) and they simplify the booking process. I definitely recommend Check Yeti without hesitation.

Everything was already paid in advance but was refunded within 5 days. Yeti has kept his word and provided a very good service. Also the advice for all reservations was ok and questions were answered very quickly and correctly, Excellently done Yeti team and especially Sam. We will certainly come back on another occasion.

C	Charles Roussin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service, they're pretty much a middle man just taking a cut and offering no support what so ever. if you give them any kind of money make sure everything is perfect in your booking because they will make sure to make it impossible for you to get a refund. You're better off taking them out of the equation and going direct with your bookings. Please learn from my mistake and do not deal with this company. They are the biggest scam in the business !

Was able to easily book a ski rental as well which was literally located within the steps of the camp. Loved how clear were all the options and instructions! Will definitely use them again! Thank you!

Only issue we had was due to a change from the service provider, that we had to change the duration of the class. The refund process took a while, but we did not have problems at all. So a definite recommendation !
